I think maybe just maybe Aahil is there beating himself up with a hunter or something. Those were the noises Sanam was hearing. Just a wild guess coz it's Nawab' room and he use to torture him like that only.

I feel maybe Aahil was really angry on himself on losing the challenge or trying to win by unfair means. And started beating himself up for that. Don't know why I felt that there must be a secret about his life thats still unfolded.
