He got into the bed with Aahana and carefully placed the baby in her mother's arms. In spite of all the pain she was undergoing Zoya unmindfully pulled Aahana close to herself. She kissed her soft tufts of hair, and hid her face in the tiny crook of her neck, taking in her baby scent and assuring herself of her safety just like Asad had a few moments ago. Asad smiled staring at the two of them, unable to describe what he was feeling witnessing the endearing sight.

"Mi!"

"Yes baby" Zoya cooed as Aahana

Zoya turned to look at him affectionately, smiling to herself seeing him laugh freely. Placing her free hand on his cheek she pulled him to face her.."I love you Mr Khan.." she confessed finally, not wanting to waste a minute longer.
