i thought it was very clear that aahil paid for it and even in today's IV of tellyexpress in zoom tv he mentioned about the money as well as the SBS segment she meets him and talks about the money !

Precap that I saw, they showed that receptionist telling Sanam that the operation is fully paid and screen freezes on surprised expression of Sanam but no mention of who paid for it. Also, I didn't watch the IV when I made this post. Looks like option 1 is happening now.

How would SaHil saying ' woh bichari nahin hain' will highlight Sanam's lineage as ASYA daughter? CVs should come up with new words and dialogues to bring the essence of leap, even if CVs want to draw parallels, they can make dialogues with synonyms to keep it a bit real is my point.
