OK nawab was fida over billo 😲 ... and with a sight of relief Aahil is not billo's..
and yes thank heaven they told us the back story, or usually we just have to assume...

Sanam's monologues and expressions were superb, hats off to SJ and dialogue writer( and yeah Azhar better stick to writing rather than acting)

The Dive by aahil into the shallow pool was shot superbly...LM's work is clearly seen there, and special mention to the DOP for the effects and KVB for enacting that scene with such aplomb

How the hell can a girl look so beautiful with her face fully covered... the fall and catch was intense and OMG ... SJ's eyes...anyone would drown in them... the music was nice ( I need to catch it again becos yeah I was lost in SJ's eyes )

and then the look back ... that was the deal breaker today, what intensity and chemistry

While everyone (myself included) gushes over the fall and catch...and the look back look back bit...I must also say that I'm most impressed with the bit where Sanam backs off from his arm and went against the pillar. And she just stood there. Eyes fluttering, as if trying to look up but doesn't...and Aahil's eyes did not falter...he too stood there, transfixed... as she slowly makes her way away from him with his gaze still very much on her...and she looks back...

The background score is so captivating...Junoon, tere ishq ka.. This brought me back to KVB's first interview for the show...where he said for a change he'll be playing a romantic hero...and the audience will get to see intense kind of love the junoon-e-ishq types.

He wasn't just saying it.

I want a Junoon-E-Ishq kinda story. Intense, deep...Junoon tere ishq ka...

Okay moving on.

I'm pretty sure I'm Shazia's only fan. I don't see others appreciating her character much...if I can just show you what I see from her.

That's a person screaming for attention. All that over the top and sometimes mediocre performance that we see... all that is her way of portraying Shazia in the best way possible.

Now Nazia the asthmatic sister needs polishing me feels. Too much make up...a lil underperformed. But pretty face.

And you don't seem to like Azhar so much. I honest to God love his scene with his Abba Khan...the fooling around and dancing...that's so very funny! And not many can pull such act! Especially the hamara khandan la pehla date. Im really liking this Khalu!

Lateefa loves her laad sahab...but not enough to be of his huzuri...thus sending her assistant to face the now dubbed Bhopali Emraan Hashmi...with Europewali girlfriend whom hopefully he shall chod chad Ke soon.. upon tod tad-ing signal for Sanam...but he's every bit badtameez dil..hmm.

Her beautiful doe like eyes, hypnotise teri kardi aa mainu..I swear in pardon mein bomb lagdi mainu.

Tanveer married Sahil's abbu (Nawab I guess) 20 years back and the Khala Khalu are tanveer's cousins. - commit mass murders and marry the same year, very resilient psycho.

Then after 8 years, Nawab was shot by Ahil/Tanveer. - wonder how CVs will execute this FB.
And for the past 12 years Tanveer is in jail, with Ahil worshipping her. - how was Billi sure that she will be able to fool cops and get out early? It's too much of sacrifice for Billi standard, something else is lurking in Billi's head.
So far so good on the back story. Ahil cannot be tannu's son. A big sigh of relief. Looks like Rehaan is her son and she asked Nawab to adopt him.l
Very much possible, Tannu had no one according to QH 1 right, where did this kala kalu come from?

Sahil perspective:
Sanam realises that she is employed by the Bhopali Saif Khan+Emraan Hashmi+Salman Khan
With nowhere to go, she decides to stay on for some time. Fair enough. But how long can you not face the owner of the house? Dupatta degi hamesha sath.
Ahils' sisters fight and Hasiya asks some thought provoking questions. The girl needs to up her acting skills, she is the only one who can put AHil in his place. KVB in Ahil's despair was a pleasure to watch. I hate Aahil's 2 sisters, quiet one seems to be more dangerous like Tannu.
Sanam's monologues were a treat to watch. Sj, well done. (PUnjab mein phuphi😆) true.
Sanam is 2 steps ahead of her mom, Zoya had separate episodes watching asad undress and bath. Sanam watched Ahil do both in a single episode.😆
1st Saahil Fall and bg Junoon song. Ahil shirtless, all wet and wild, Sanam covered from top to bottom, only eyes visible, ok, she had Maggie sleeves too. (Thanks R)

p.s. Surbhi has the most beautiful eyes and after Razia's monologues, I love Surbhi's.
May be it's just me but I find Surbhi's eyes and eyebrows fierce not beautiful. I actually like her full lips and smile.

I like the story so far. Obviously now we know how Tanveer landed up as Aahil's mother. She married nawab sahaab. Maybe he was not from Bhopal and didn't know anything about her? Of course the tacky relatives are HER relatives. She must have killed him and now Aahil worships her like she has done him a favour. Echoes of the movie Beta as pointed out by others on the forum. Step mum makes fool of step son. Yes Rehan may be Tanveer's child with Imran. He may have been given to an orphanage when he was born. After her marriage to Aahil's dad, she convinces him to adopt the kid?? She probably never told him the child is hers. I doubt even Rehan knows that Tanveer is his mother.

As for Sanam and her reasoning for staying in Aahil's house?? Fair enough. What is she going to do now? She needs to collect some money before she can leave this place. Latif... I just LOVE him. He is so funny and is a total "pujari" of "Laad sahaab"! Lol. (Echoes of a Laad governor anyone?).

The sisters... What can I say? Bachao! What a bunch of losers. I hate Nazia, coz she is so insipid, and an Abala nari!! Bro jaan Shazia is just an angry young women with an acid tounge. But she put her bro jaan in his place! That part about her clothes I liked. Last I saw, Aahil was hanging out with women who only like to wear "Behooda" Kapare? So why act like his sister committed a sin by wearing similar clothes?? This round goes to Shazia while bro jaan stands corrected!! :)

I like the new BG, Junoon Tere Ishq Ka! I also preferred the "Palat, main Tera hero" scene to the actual fall and catch! Classic IPK fall! Lalit Mohan... I see you!!

Naked Laad sahaab and covered up Sundari... Batameez and Tehezeeb! Aab Kya hoga jab hoga in dono koh Ek duesrain se Ishq?? :)

Yes, indeed it is...so far so so so good 😉 only the Khala n co are still intolerable for me...I just hate Khala's unnecessary laugh and ohhh Latif is totally lattoo over our Bhopali Emraan Hashmi cum Salman Khan 🤣 well he is worth that lattoo 😳 And oh God Shazia, not just Aahil, she is a pain in everyones a** out here but I loved that, 'FO', n Latif was like, 'matlab??'..."Futle ooye" 🤣 no wonder she wasn't implying that. 😉 😆 Aahil, Aahil n Aahil ❤️ *JunoonTereIshqKa* (Gosh m using this line way too much..can't help it 😉 ) this guy is going to kill me someday with his cuteness n hotness Sanam, of course, her monologues were awesome...the best one, 'Bhopal me Phuphi thi kya' 🤣 and not to forget her eyes.

Gitey - nothing about Tannu has ever made any sense. She showed up suddenly, became pregnant suddenly, had the longest pregnancy known to humankind, fell in love with Asad and wanted to avenge for some unknown wrongs done to her. So yeah, she can deffo marry the same year she committed mass murders and could be, she was the one who convinced the Nawab to buy SM for her.

The new entrants are probably the worst lot cast and conceptualized by Gul ever. I am not liking them at all. But they are a necessary evil to the plot.

The SaHil scenes yesterday was awesome and Surbhi is by far a better actress than some of the seasoned actresses on screen. And pretty too.

Goodness, those Khala-Khalu are not even related to Aahil. Praise the lord. 🥳They are related to Tanveer. Interesting.

A few things from the episode- Aahil is not Tanveer's son as clarified by the Khalu, he is her stepson. Again, pause for prayers. Latif has a crush on Aahil. 😆 Sanam's monologues are a delight. She has already started to find his family weird. She will discover their true selves soon. Aahil's money is Aahil's money. Not Asad's money in any way. And finally, while the trip-fall-catch routine was adorable, I was more interested in the look-back-look-back-at-me part. Now that is solid chemistry.

The trip and fall, though cliched was adorable. And the look back was Suphuric acid meets hydrochloric acid types chemistry.

He was looking like a love struck puppy while she was like a lioness going back after the kill. 😆
