Because at the moment she is in a show that needs publicity.

The day Karan's new show launches you will have plenty of interviews from him.

Do you really think these people are dying to give interviews with no benefit to them. This is about page hits, pr and buzz and if one wants to learn how to market and sell a house of cards they should learn from this industry.
