Zoya's mom?

I know QH 1 is over but wondering if Zoya knows anything about her mother or her background? I am assuming that even her Aapi don't know much about Zoya's mom family or she did not tell Zoya about her mom, otherwise, why wouldn't she know about Haider? Did QH show anywhere why Zoya is only interested to know about her father when she is equally unaware of her mom?

Haider wes brought in as back up character lol.. he was never in original story :P

LOL Gul never showed original track let alone how Gaffy met Zainab even she forgot Zainab ie Zoya's mom's original name when she wrote track for Haider 😆

I know, CVs got obsessed with Billi and she became the lead and only track of QH, CVs left behind all other characters as side kicks and all other tracks were closed or forgotten abruptly.

Well noted...I too have wondered as to the weakness of this storyline...Zoya seems fixated at trying to find out about her dad but completely ignores the mother and her family...it is as if your father's family is all that matters and your mothers is nothing but chump change. We never did come to understand what the father was doing in the US, how he met the mother, what the mother was doing in India - she looked very traditional - how she ended up there in the US in the first place...was she an orphan? It was never made clear to us...Nothing was...very poor quality writing...

The show started off well - I really liked it but once the Billi character came in, it started to decline...I still liked it but for me when Zoya wore that ridiculous mini skirt, it lost all interest for me...it was just how they had them click and fall in love once that incident happens had me lose interest in the whole show and it just started dragging for me after that...and it never seemed to get back its magic. Too much nonsense...
