Didn't you see those epis? Some goons beat him up badly when he was escaping from them with Humeira on Zoyaan nikaah day. Then the 'haan haan' nikaah happened 😆. But he fainted one week later when Zoya was supposed to re-unite with Asad as the pain re-surfaced 😆. So Zoya had to hug him in the shower so that he feels better. She couldn't go back to Asad that day coz of Ayaan and Asad kept waiting 😆. And you wanted to see more of Ayaan's illness. Itna kaafi nahin? 😲😆

#Anu Ayaan seemed to be suffering from serious diseas.. Goon beating cant cause him suffering like that.. he was hiding something... thats why i wanted to know what was that & how he recovered from that illness :P

R u serious that u dont have an idea about ayaan's illness.If its so then here it goes: he was ill bcoz his wounds and bruises which he had developed after the encounter with Vikram on Zoyaan accidental marriage day were not treated properly and due to lack of proper treatment he had developed the illness. This is what they have shown.

There is no other illness. The illness track was just to irritate the viewers and nothing else and they gave us a shower hug as a treatment for poison intake.How creative

Everybody was irritated with zoyaan track even myself. But both Karan's and Surbhi's performance were mindblowing in those episodes.The pain of separation, my god was so well emoted.

The thing is the list about what important thing they missed is longer than what important thing they showed.
The show was doing great till Tanveer's entry. She came and became the lead. It was tolerable till Ajmer. Then everythingbecame wayward. All hell broke loose- both on screen & off screen. The story became pointless and Gul and actors lost interest

Even CVs eventually didn't feel satisfied and they united ASYA. ZOYAAN was an unnecessary twist that sabatoged QH forever. I think CVs underestimated ASYA popularity and tried to establish ZOYAAN as main lead as lead playing Asad had plans to quit but viewers couldn't accept Zoya with anyone else thus CVs had to reunite ASYA but damage was already done.
