Seriously nams, I used to be crazy about Imran khan, till Brian Lara happened.
Then, everyone, including AK took a backseat.
Even now for me my fandom starts and ends with Brian.

what a gem of a guy Lara is ...and his talent ..and mine in cricket started with Jonty rhodes and ended with him ...

Swades, I didn't watch it.

Salman movies are total paisa vasool. (except for the last few years.) Ready was his last movie I liked.
But Aamir wins hands down for me, be it Dil Chahta hai, rang de basanti, 3 idiots or Taare Zameen par.

His tears seem so genuine. I rarely cry while watching movies but I must admit I cried while watching the Maa song in TZP :(

I make sure I watch Salman's movies in a single screen theatre where I can get up and clap and scream loudly without ppl staring at me 😆. A lot of ppl on this thread are probably gonna disown me and refuse to acknowledge my presence 😆.

Rhodes, he single handedly redefined fielding.
And Lara
And I doubt if today's players even know what test matches are.

Yes, salman's movies are for single screen.
There's a theater here called Rajmandir, its a single screen. ITs an archetectural delight.
I force my hubby to take me there for masala movies, the whistles, and shout, bring back the movie watching delight.

Yeah, Nams, am going back in time.
He played cricket like a gentleman's game. IN fact I loved the whole of West Indian team, Carl Hooper, Ambrose, Walsh, Richards. He walked off at 99 when playing against Australia in AUstralia. Which cricketer in current age would do that?

I'm a sports lover too. I loved Steve Waugh, Dravid, Sachin and Imran Khan too. I rarely watched his bowling coz I was always busy watching his face 😆.

Yeah I loved Jonty Rhodes too 😳. There was a Kiwi wicket keeper Adam Parore. He had cute rabbit teeth. I liked him 😳 😆.

But I don't like any of the above more than Roger Federer though 😳
