When tanveer's character entered she was already one month pregnant & before her pardha flash it's revealed that she is 3 months pregnant. That means during all this hungama she was in her first trimester where women show so many symptoms of pregnancy especially if you are pregnant for the first time. Only once they showed it that too improperly.
