totally agree ..Asad's character was totally butchered after KSG left... infact it was as if an all new character...and the comparison of montage is beautifully done...KSG as Asad is standing between Raziya and Zoya that meant he was going to save Zoya from Raziya's evil deeds on the other hand on the recent montage Zoya is standing between the new replacement and Raziya ...Zoya is the saviour here and Asad became just a damsel in distress

i completely agree with you! the major change in Asad's character is what has spoiled everything!

and though KSG was the heart and soul of Asad Ahmed Khan but i feel asad's change began when KSG was still here and the change of the actor is not what is solely responsible for this. the writers changed the whole personality of Asad irrespective of who is playing the character!

You are correct!

This is why I am blaming the writers for changing AAK'S character almost completely.

But not to forget that the replacement also made the character worse as the new actor palyed Asad's role in his own way which didn't suit the character at all. I mean AAK's never used to smile openly/widely.

He never used to share his feeling even with his close ones but this one shared, how he felt about girls, with Haider. This was so not our AAK!. He is the best as the Akdu Ahmed Khan not this Friendly Ahmed Khan.
