Will Hasina request Khushboo to masquerade as Nikhat?

Now that Badee B has invited herself for an extended stay at the Khan Villa, how will the evil trio hide Khushboo from her? Khushboo is used to having the run of the house, making herself breakfast and doing as she pleases. It would be very difficult to confine her to a room. At the same, Badee B is also not just going to sit in her room, and so the two are bound to meet.

Here is a question for everyone:
Do you think that Hasina and co will approach "Khushboo" and request her to pretend to be Nikhat citing Badee B's senility as an excuse?
