Hi friends! I know you people might be getting bored of me. I have off today & I was getting so bored. I have a random thought, so I penned out. This will be out of QH story. Farooqui mansion

A girl in her early twenties woke up by hearing the alarm. She got up & went to the washroom. She is zoya farooqui 21 yrs old, doing internship in Bhopal dental college. She is the only daughter of gaffour farooqui & zainab farooqui. Gaffour farooqui is a famous architect proffessor who is currently working in New York university. Zainab passed away when zoya was 3 yr old in an accident. After zainab's death gaffour was totally broken. He preferred to stay away from Bhopal, where the memories of his wife stayed. Zoya was in boarding school from her kg classes to 12 th. Even on her vacations gaffour never visited her. He only used to sent money to her boarding school & on her vacations he will arrange vacation classes for zoya so that she can spend her vacation there. She will be sent directly from boarding to vacation schools. He hardly calls her. If he calls also he never spoke to her with love & affection. In the vacation schools zoya studied painting, sketching, cooking & literature. She was totally lonely. She was reserved & a book worm. She was hard working. She studied hard. It was zainab's wish to see zoya As a docter. She studied all alone for medicine entrance & she got a merit seat in BDS in all India entrance. And to her luck she got seat in Bhopal dental college itself. She was so happy that she can stay in her own house were the memories of her mother stays. When gaffour came to know about zoya's adimission in dental college he was extremely angry. He wanted zoya to take up architecture. He shouted at zoya on phone and declared that he will not provide financial support for zoya for her studies. At 17 yrs of a age studying 1st year BDS staying all alone in FM zoya managed to do part time job along with college for financial support. She was working in a call center doing night shift. There she met NikhAt Quereshi who was of her age. NikhAt was also doing part time job for financial support for her studies. Her father passed away few years back. She stays with her mom shireen & younger sister nuzzat. Her ammi was running a day care center to meet there needs. But when NikhAt passed out 12 th standerd it was difficult for shireen to manage her college fees & nuzzat's school fees. So NikhAt decided to do part time job for her college fees. She was studying in Bhopal university doing her graduation In microbiology. Even though zoya was really pretty she always feel inferior of herself. She never had any friends in her life except for NikhAt. She always preferred reading books & painting. Many guys in school & college had a major crush on zoya. But due to her reserved nature no one approached her. She was scared of her abbu. She is doing BDS against her abbu's wish & if he find out she has any sort of relationship with any guys he will stop her studies. NikhAt was also similar to zoya. She was also reserved & inferior due to her completion. Zoya had a tough time to met her demands, her college fees, books, house needs etc, money from call center & the amount she used to get for each article as a freelance writer was not sufficient. FM was in zoya's name. She had to take a loan by keeping FM as a guarantee in bank. With that money she was able to met her demands for her studies. With the money she received from her part time jobs she was paying back the loan. But yesterday after a long time her abbu is coming from New York within 3 months. Zoya got tensed. Before his arrival she had to close the loan. Before 3 months she has to close the loan & the amount is quite high for her. She is still doing her internship. With her styphent & money from part time jobs she was closing the loan with more money. But within 3 months closing the entire loan is impossible. She is still doing her internship. She can get a job only after internship. If she get a job she can take money in advance & close the loan. But without finishing her internship she can't do any job as a dentist. She got ready. She is going to meet NikhAt. She has only NikhAt to share her problems. NikhAt may help her to find a solution. Before she goes to college zoya has to meet her. She wore a red salwar suit. She kept her apron in her hand & a handbag on her shoulders. Only kohl was the make up she used. She used to were only a golden ear rings which was given by her ammi ( same one as in the show). She was in a hurry. She was really tensed. She didn't see the car coming opposite to her while she was crossing the road. Due to the sudden break she fell down on the road. She saw a man in his mid twenties coming out. She was so lost in him. He was tall & well built. He had dark brown eyes. Even in his 3 piece suit she could see that he has a well built body. He gave his hands & helped her to get up.

Man: are you ok?

Zoya: ya I am fine. I am sorry I didn't see when I was crossing.

Man: you want me to drop you some where?

Zoya: no thanks I am fine. It's really kind of you.

Without saying anything more she went away from there. He looked at her still she vanished from her eyes. Disappointment was written clearly on his face.

He is Asad Ahmed khan owner of dilshad constructions. He is staying with his mother dilshad khan, younger brother Ayaan Ahmed khan who joined dilshad constructions few months back as a civil engineer & his younger sister najma khan who is doing 1 st year in physics. His abbu rashid Ahmed khan passed away in a car accident 10 yrs back. Asad was in 11 th standerd. Rashid & dilshad were proffessors in Bhopal university. Rashid met with a car accident along with dilshad's younger brother anwar siddiqi & his wife zeenat siddiqi. All the three of us died on spot. Along with asad, Ayaan & najma dilshad took responsiblities of her brothers kids Imran siddiqi & Humeira siddiqi. Imran & Humeira is of same age as Ayaan & najma. Imran had joined dilshad constructions along with Ayaan as a finance manager. Humeira is doing her first year in interior designing.

After rashid's death dilshad had grew up 5 children with her salary. Asad was the elder & he understood his mother's hardship & along with studies he used to do part time jobs. He had an ambition of becoming an architect from childhood. He got admission for B.arch in merit. Along with studies he used to do part time jobs for saving money for starting his own business. He started dilshad constructions 5 yrs back after he passed out from college. With his hard work & talent he was able to build his own business empire & a big mansion for his family in this 5 yrs. he provided his siblings best education. Now that Ayaan & Imran too joined him in business. Ayra's & najran's nikkah was fixed from childhood itself by Radil & anze. They are waiting for najma & humeira's college completion for the nikkah. As asad is elder dilshad wants him to settle down. But he seems to run away. But when he saw a girl in front of his car he was totally mesmerised. Her big eyes & dimple smile was haunting him. Moreover her simplicity attracted him. Simple but beautiful. She was polite also. He had seen so many women in his 26 yrs of life. But he was never interested in anyone. But this girl seems to influence him at first site. He tried to brush away her thoughts. He was going for the biggest deal in his life.

Sheik group of company's

Haider sheik 24 yr old gentleman owner of sheik group of companies. Sheik group was started by his father iman sheik & after graduation haider took over the business. Now haider is planning to build an art gallery for his ammi zubida sheika as she is an artist. This gallery is the gift for his abbu & ammi for there 25th wedding anniversary. He is planning to build biggest art gallery in India in his hometown Bhopal. He had called few biggest architects in Bhopal. He very well cleared in the meeting that as they are planning the biggest art gallery in India he want it to be built in historical way.

After the meeting asad was indulged in thoughts. He had to get this deal at any cost. So before the meeting itself he had personally enquired about the sheik's. He came to know that mr.sheik wanted the world famous historical architect mr. Gaffour farooqui to assist them in this project. They have even approach mr.farooqui but he denyed. Asad understood if he had to get the deal he had to do a presentation with mr.farooqui's style. He had enquired about mr.farooqui. He is in New York for past 18 yrs after his wife 's unexpected death. He has a research library in his own home. His daughter is staying alone there as she is studying in Bhopal dental college. Some how he had to enter FM. For that he asked Ayaan to keep an eye on her from today.

Zoya & NikhAt was in park near to nikhat's house. Zoya had informed NikhAt about her problem. Unknown to the duo Ayaan was listening to there conversation.

NikhAt: zoya this is a big problem. Your father is coming to meet you after long 18 yrs that too he had agreed to participate on your enrollment ceremony. As far as I heard he loves your ammi too much. That's y after her unexpected death he ran away from here even from you. All his memories are on FM. If he come to know that you kept it as a loan to meet your studies he will never forgive you.

Zoya: I know NikhAt. I was helpless. 18 yrs back I have lost both my ammi & abbu. I was so lonely in my entire life. He rarely used to call me. Even if he calls he will be strict & used to ask me to study well. After a long when he said he is coming to meet me & he said he want to see me enrolling as a docter I could see a hope of getting my abbu. I can't lose it.

NikhAt: you have to close the loan within 3 months. For that only one way you have.

Zoya: what is it NikhAt?

NikhAt: your house is too big. You are staying alone there. Give one portion for rent for someone for 3 months. Get money in advance.

Zoya: have you lost it NikhAt? Who will agree to pay such a big amount for 3 months? And moreover if abbu comes to know about this he will murder me.

NikhAt: zoya we can find a group who came for crash courses or some business people. We can say to them our helplessness. Don't worry you leave it to me. I will manage. Ya Allah I am getting late. Will meet you after college in your home. Bye dear!

They both left to there respective colleges. Ayaan was listening to there entire conversations. He got an excellent idea to help his bhaijaan. He thought of meeting NikhAt.

Evening FM

Zoya had a tiring day in college. She was preparing tea & snacks as she know NikhAt will be here at any moment. Her idea seems to be nothing than a big trouble. But in one way she thought if she get a company in this house it will be great. She was staying all alone in this mansion for past 5 yrs. but at the same she was scared about her abbu. She was lost in her own thoughts when NikhAt came inside along with a man who is of there age. She asked him to sit & she served them tea & snacks. NikhAt explained that she met this man in her college as he heard there conversation in park & he knows someone who wants a place to stay for some days & he is ready to pay the any amount zoya needs as advance.

Zoya: I don't think it's a good idea how can I stay with a man all alone in this house. I want women as paying guest not men.

Suddenly an idea struck in ayaan's mind

Ayaan: I will say you the truth. Actually the man I am asking for this place is my boy friend.

Zoya & NikhAt: what? Boy friend?

Ayaan: ya he is my boss. After working with him unknowingly we became close. We have still not disclosed it anyone as he is a private person & he needs some time to present it in front of his family. He had to work on a deal for next few days & his home is far away from his work place it's pretty tiresome. If you will agree I assure you will have safety also & you can pay back your loan tomorrow itself.

NikhAt dragged zoya inside

NikhAt: what are you thinking zoya? Just agree. You can close the loan tomorrow itself & since he is a gay you don't have to worry also. There are so many advantages of gay boyfriends. Safety ki safety friendship Ke liye friendship. This is a lottery for you just agree.

Somehow NikhAt convinced zoya. Ayaan agreed to bring his boss today itself & he will bring the agreement & advance also. He left giving his cell number. Zoya was tensed for unknown reason. She asked NikhAt to stay back till they arrive. Even though Ayaan was happy that he was able to make his bhaijaan's entry in FM but he was scared of asad's reaction after hearing the story he crooked up in front of zoni.

As expected asad blasted out in front of Ayaan for lying zoni about there relationship.

Asad: it's all my fault I must have given someone else this job. You have completely gone crazy. For staying in FM you lied to that girl that I am your boy friend? What if she says this non sense to any one else?

Ayaan: don't worry bhaijaan we will say to her to keep it as a secret. See we need to get this project somehow. For that this is the only way. Waise bhaijaan zoya is really beautiful. Masha Allah! Imagine a beauty like her spending time with you. She will really free with you as she thinks you are a

Asad: complete y you stopped idiot? I don't know I feel like this as a big problem.

Ayaan some how convinced asad. He had got done the agreement. They both left to KV. Asad informed everyone that he had got a project in the out skirts of the city & for one month he will be staying there regarding the project. Every one was shocked but he managed to convince them. He can't reveal them that he is in this city only & staying with a young girl all alone for the sheik's project.

FM

Asad was mesmerised by the beauty of the mansion from outside itself. NikhAt came & opened the door. She asked him to sit & informed that zoya is in kitchen. She went to call her. Zoya came with juice for them. Both asad & zoya was shocked to see each other.

Asad's thought: ya Allah the girl I fall for is standing in front of me. I am going to stay with her all alone. More over she has wrong impression on him believing ayaan's words.

Asad felt really guilt for lying her & using her for his upcoming project.

Zoya's thoughts: Allah Miya! What's wrong with you? He is so handsome & financially sound why he had fallen for Ayaan?

Ayaan gave her the agreement. It was stated that asad can stay in FM for next 3 months & if he leaves before there is no need for zoya to payback the money. She read it & signed it. Ayaan gave a cheque to zoya. She thanked Allah for solving her problem. She can close her loan tomorrow itself. Zoya guided asad to his room. He admired the entire house. It was so perfectly designed.

Zoya: I have arranged everything for you. Even then if you need anything please let me know. I have no words to thank you. You have saved me from a big problem. There is no need for you to worry about food. I will prepare for you.

Asad understood that she is innocent & he felt more guilty. Zoya heard NikhAt calling her as she wants to go back to her home. She excused & went to sent off NikhAt. Ayaan entered asad's room only to find him lost in thoughts

Asad: Ayaan she is so innocent. I feel really guilty.

Ayaan: please consider as a part of work.

He went & hugged him & he hugged him back. Zoya entered the room all of sudden and saw this. She was too embarrassed. Asyaan saw her.

She turned & blabbered: I am so sorry I assure that I didn't see anything

She continued her blabbering. Asad pressed his temples for his annoyance. Ayaan was scared of his brother's reaction & he escaped from there.

Zoya: don't worry I won't interfere in your personal life.

Asad was too disturbed. He is staying in a women's house whom he was attracted & she is misunderstanding him.

Zoya called him for dinner. She had prepared roti, dal, chawaal & Sabji. It was indeed delicious. He asked zoya's permission to go around & see the house. Zoya asked him to feel like his own house & be comfortable. He walked around and found farooqui's study room. It was locked. He understood he needs to be friendly with her then only he can come to this room. He while passing away saw zoya's workshop. He saw so many paintings & sketches. Zoya was indeed a talented painter. He also saw her writing table & laptop also. He understood zoya used to write also. When he went back he saw zoya already for going her part time job. She asked if he wants anything & informed about her part time job. When her cab from the call center came she went. Asad went to bed. He was unable to sleep as he was thinking about zoya.

Even though zoya is daughter of a rich man he was impressed by seeing her independant nature. She is managing to run her studies & household by doing part time jobs. He felt like his attraction towards her was increasing. Unknowingly he slept off.

Next day morning.

Asad woke up by hearing zoya's shouting. He realised that it was morning & he got scared by hearing zoya's shouting. He went towards her room & he realised she was in her washroom. Without giving a second thought he broke the bathroom door only to find zoya standing under the shower & she was not wearing anything. Seeing him inside she shouted. He turned to other side. He was still in shock. Somehow she managed to grab the towel & wrap it around.

Zoya: why are you here?

Asad: why were you shouting?

Zoya: I saw a cockroach! I am so scared of it.

Asad: you are impossible.

Zoya: it's you only know it's ok.

Asad doesn't know what to say. She is thinking of him As a gay. How will he make her understand that he is a normal guy & each minute he is loosing his control? He thought of moving out but then again she shouted. Unknowingly he turned & found her in a pink towel which was only upto her mid thighs.

Zoya: see that cockroach is still here. Please help me

While she kneeled to show the cockroach her towel came down a lit bit. Asad could clearly see her cleavage. He was feeling so restless. When he kneeled down to throw away the cockroach he could see her long beautiful legs. He was drooling over her.

Asad: it had gone. Now I will go out. You please were some cloths.

She pouted. When she moved back because of the water she slipped. She closed her eyes due to fear of falling. But she felt a strong pair of arms around her waist. When she opened her eyes she found that she is in asad's arms. She was lost in his eyes. Asad came back to reality. He left from there. He went to his room & got ready. When he came out he saw zoya had set breakfast. She had prepared veg sandwich & coffee. After breakfast she gave him a spare key of the house & collected his mobile number. Asad said that he will drop her. She politely refused by saying that she will manage.

When Imran saw asad in office he was shocked. Asad said that he will be coming to office daily but evening he will go back for the new project. Imran did feel something suspicious. But he brushed away his thoughts as he knows that his asad bhaijaan can never lie. Asad was having a hard time in office. His thoughts were clouded by zoya. He was eagerly waiting for the evening as he can see zoya. He realised that he is slowly falling in love with zoya.
