there's many rules, are all the rules be followed??? GA threads cant be spammed, Did DT come up with notes when we spammed Nikah thread or did they remove KSG Bday thread for violating spamming rules???

So thats exactly what I am saying we are saved cause others havent done it so far ,also Visha asked the memebrs just so that we could take your feedback and show that if we were asked why the delay ,it just solidifies our case

FF forum is only for FF's/SS's and not for OS which still remains on the forum and also gives room for more discussion and newer FF's OS's but rest assured it will only be done when abs must ,the issues with GA threads are usually dealt with by the GM's so you can speak to them in that regard :)

And thats my final reply here as well .I am sorry if the other DT's are busy today and I am looking into this and sure we are just discussing and nothing will be decided until the whole team approves of it

first of all TKF should be re opened...i have seen many threads including ATs where people spam throughout the day but they are still open so closing TKF on the basis of that was quite unjustified...secondly some people mock Karan in their every post indirectly...i wont take names..but it should be stopped...there is a very thin line between criticism and bashing and some people here surely do not know the difference...

I really wouldn't want FF's and SS's to be moved out of the QH Forum, as It would be really difficult to find in the FF Forum.

Thanks for putting this up Pooja and for answering most of the queries...

a. The sole reason why TKF was closed was cause it had turned into a spamming/chatting thread and not much discussion was taking place. We can surely consider having it reopened provided it doesnt veer into the same zone as it did before...

b. We cannot have two separate forums and hence the only way we can try to co exist is if the fangroups stick to threads that interest them most and ignore topics they dislike...I know its easier said than done but we have to make a start some where. We can only request members to report topics that they find offensive and have us handle them rather than getting into a dispute themselves.

c. About discussions on personal lives, we all have to come to a mutual agreement keeping in mind that the rule will apply to every actor (previous or current).

d. Topics get closed only when the discussions go completely off subject or are just used as a place to vent over other issues from previously closed threads etc. We tend to keep them open if there is room for redemption and instead deal with the individual post that cased the issue but when the entire thread becomes a battle zone we are unfortunately left with no choice.

e. Moving of FFs is something that happens on most of forums and will eventually be done across I-F to devise better browsing and since we have a dedicated forum for writers. As Pooja(RD) rightly said we had put up a suggestion to get feedback from our members and to do whats best in their interest.

f. We do try and post MOTW biweekly but it can get delayed sometimes when there are too many other sticky topics to cater for. We will also try and come up with more activities in the near future.

g. For topics on religion, we'd request members to use the thread provided and as for MID detection, it will get better with time.


Thanks for the feeback everyone, the dev team will look into the queries and issues and as said before we'd like our members to voice their opinions/concerns for us to help make the forum enjoyable and this topic is another step towards it.

There have been some good points brought up.

I agree with many and have added my own thoughts as well:










I am fine with the current FF/SS/OS staying where they are on the forum as this is all related to Qubool Hai. It's great for a viewer to be able to stop at one place to discuss the show and read their favorite fanfics. I think for the most part people have been good about labeling threads on which AsYa paring it is related to. And as a forum member you have control over what thread you enter. If you are not a fan of said actor/character why go into their Appreciation Thread, FF, or Discussion Thread?

Just my 2 percent on both these issues

TKF was closed due to following reasons

Spamming/Chatting
Spreading Rumours about the Actors in terms of whether they had affair and other inside scoops which had no real proofs
Discussion of other actors/shows/couples
Discussion of an actor's wife who has nothing to do with the show

So for above reasons it was closed .. if members stick discussing only Kabhi in professional terms , we would hv never closed it and even now if members agree to stick to only discussion about Asya and Kabhi's professional bond , we will rethink of opening it otherwise not


Coming to discussing personal lives , it will then apply to every single actor and you got to make sure you are not posting any such article of any other actor which has anything to do with his/her personal life at all ..
