I don't think they are changing location of bed but it seems like room have 2 doors. When Dilshad entered ASYA room their bed was on her left but when pizza guy knocks the door ( below link), bed was on his right hand side. If you notice, in both scenes bed is against the window.

In the scene you mentioned, I thought the bed is in same place but they got new cupboard on the side of the bed, which has been removed in Dilshad scene and the Pizza scene (in the link above). I was wondering where the cupboard went missing ...I may be wrong though.
