Traitor! Her words echoed in his asad's ear. He was driving back to KV. Dilshad was shocked to see asad at home this time. He seemed to be lost in past 2 days. She very we'll know the reason for his gloominess. But she preferred to stay away from him. Whatever be the reason what he had done to zoya was not forgivable. She asked the maid to set the table for lunch. She started moving back to her room. Asad was too hurt seeing this.
Asad: ammi
Dilshad stopped on her way & turned towards him.
Asad: ammi please talk to me.
Dilshad: what I should talk asad? You have done what ever you can do. I am really upset with you asad. I have taught you to respect women. But I understood you never follow what I taught. If so you would have never traded zoya.
Asad: ammi please
Dilshad: asad please have lunch before you leave to office.
Asad was totally shattered.
Evening sm
Every one was happy that finally farnik nikkah is going to be fixed. Shireen was happy for NikhAt but at the same time she was scared about the case. Tomorrow is the court hearing. What is going to happen? Will she & her son will be in jail for ever? She regretted for asking asad to give zoya for NikhAt. Where as Ayaan was in a turmoil. He was not worried about the case or punishment. He saw asad's condition after seeing zoya in QM. First time in his life he saw his bhaijaan breaking down. He was the only reason for this. On top of that Humeira is still not talking to him. It seems like she is not in that house. She hardly comes out of her room. He even heard from nuzzat that she blasted over NikhAt & shireen for the present situation. He doesn't know how to clear all this mess which was made by him. He heard from mum mani that Humeira is not interested in joining the ceremony.
Haseena bee,Chand bee, najran & farhaan arrived. They greeted each other. Finally they have decided to conduct the marriage in a week. Next to next day will be the engagement. Haseena bee was polite which shocked everyone.
Shireen: I hope I could attend my nikhat's engagement & marriage. How could zoya do this to us?
Imran: stop it. It's only because of zoya my ammi & bhaijaan agreed to this nikkah. If she want she could have called media & informed about the case. But she requested media not to be involved only because she thought about the girls in your house. She could have stayed in hotel. But she came to QM & blackmailed my ammi who was planning to call off this marriage for asking more money. She threatened them & it was only because of her nikhat's marriage is fixed today.
All of them were speechless
Imran: I have returned all the stuffs you people gave for me when I was engaged to NikhAt.
Haseena bee: what? Why you did that?
Imran: ammi I have. I have married najma so I can't keep all this stuffs.
Najma smiled hearing this. She was happy that Imran stood for zoya & also respected NikhAt.
Farhaan: I really liked NikhAt. So I don't want anything else from this house except her.
Haseena bee: what are you saying?
Before she could complete they saw the driver from QM came with some gifts.
Haseena bee: what is all this?
Farhaan: ammi we have fixed the nikkah. We have to give gifts from both sides. Zoya had ordered it from online.
Haseena bee felt like a fool. She had been tongue tied.
Next day morning in QM
Zoya was performing morning prayer. She had talked to adv. anjana last night & she was been informed that all the evidences are in favour of her. But still she was feeling very restless. She is going to court today against the man whom she loved more than herself. She need to be strong.
She informed to najma that she want to go to Mazar. She didn't prefer to eat breakfast. Najma was worried for zoya. She didn't want to sent her all alone. So she asked her to wait so that she could join her. Zoya didn't argue. She needed someone's company. Najma got ready after breakfast. She informed haseena bee that she is going to Mazar along with zoya. She is still not talking to Imran. Farhaan offered to drop them. Even though zoya was in QM only for a day farhaan considered her as his own sister.
In KV
Asad was too low from the morning. It's not because of the court hearing in the noon, he was ready to accept any punishment including death. He was thinking about zoya. He is loosing her. Not only zoya but also dilshad & najma. He drove the SUV in a particular direction.
In Mazar
Zoya was offering her prayers. To give her strength, to fight for truth & justice. It was the same Mazar where she met asad for the first time. She prayed to almighty to show her right path. When she opened her eyes & saw asad opposite to her.
Asad came there praying to Allah to bring zoya in his life. It was at the same moment when zoya saw asad he too saw her.Asad too saw her.
But before they could meet zoya & najma left the Mazar.
Noon time - badi masjid community hall
The court hearing has been fixed here. Since the case is involved by community marriage & community members. So special court has been adjourned there. Zoya came with najma. Whole sm family came there including Humeira. Dilshad had came with the driver & asad came separately. Haseena bee,Chand bee, Imran & farhaan was also there.
By seeing dilshad tears were formed in zoya's eyes. She went & hugged her.
Zoya: phupi I missed you so much
Dilshad: me too beta. Don't worry you will get justice. My prayers are with you.
Asad was seeing zoya from far. He was having tears in his eyes. Will he be ever able to see her again in his life?
Adv. informed that the judge had came & it's time for the court hearing to start.
All of them went inside for the hearing.
Note: I promised court hearing in this chapter. Court hearing is the heart of this story. So I have to show the whole court scene in detail. I have to work a whole day for that. So it will be mostly updated tomorrow. I wanted to portray everyone's emotions. That's y I came with small update.
About the court conducted in community hall, I have heard In special cases court could be adjourned in other places also.
I not a law student so I apologize if I made any mistake & requesting the readers to consider it as a part of story.
