I have started this ss 3 months back but I discontinued. It's only because of vinita di I am continuing this story. Hope you all will like this. Please give your feed back. A very big special thanks to vinita di.
My story starts from asad leaving zoya in sm after sigining nikkahnaama & zoya comes to know about the khan brothers deal that zoya has to stay in sm till nikkhat is married; as ayaan's wife. she is not allowed to to reveal this fact in front of family members & then zoya shouts at ayaan.

Ayaan was feeling so bad for zoya. zoya his bff, crime partner - mona & his bhabi. destiny played a cruel game. asad & zoya was suppose to get married today, but destiny made zoya to sign nikkahnaama with ayaan. neither ayaan nor asad had asked her opinion.the way she is now infront of him, he can't bear. he felt like killing himself
ayaan: mona please calm down i assure that nikhat gets married as soon as possible. i myself will sent you back to bhaijaan.
zoya was fuming with anger. she said what you brothers are thinking? am i a doll? what's going on in your mind? i will stay with you as your wife for few days that too without informing anyone in this house that all this is a drama untill nikhat gets married & after that i will go back to mr.khan? what you brothers are planning? you both could use me as your wish

saying that he left. zoya locked the room. she is completly shattered now. how her life have changed upside down in this day. .she remembered how she was trapped by tanveer, how she escaped from the murder attempt & reached the community hall. she only wanted to save najma's life. but it spoiled her own life.she was suppose to be mrs.zoya asad ahmed khan,
but destiny made her to land up in sm as ayaan's wife. no she is not his wife. was it destiny who played with her? no it was mr.khan & ayaan who played with her. they just traded her. none of the family members was concerned about her. all of them wanted to save nikhat. she felt like once again she became an orphan. if her abbu was with her will he allow these people to play with her? no never he will fight for. abbu where are you? i miss you so much. mr.khan my true love he just pushed me out of his house & dragged me here without my consent. he didn't even listen what she wants to say. he was only concerned about nikhat & to prove himself infront of his stepmom. ayaan her bff how can he be so shameless? to ask his bhai to donate his bride to save his sisters marriage. humeira poor girl she loved him from childhood. he didn't even think about her also. both my friend & lover have cheated me. i will never live as ayaan's wife. i will make them regret for there deeds
kv at the same time
asad was sitting in zoya's room. he was missing her so much. he thought i will go & meet zoya tomorrow & make her assure that everything will be back to normal once nikhat gets married. zoya will forgive him. he knows she can't live without him.
unknowingly he slept there
next day morning 6.00 am in sm lawn
ayaan woke up. he don't know when he slept. he thought of going inside his room. if someone see him here he can't let the truth of nikkah revealed to anyone till nikhat gets married. he walked inside towards his room. he knocked the door. no response. may be zoya will be sleeping. he knocked again. no response. he continued knocking. but no response from inside. he got bit tensed. he started knocking vigorously. hearing this noise all the family members came there.
rashid: ayaan what's going on?
ayaan: abbu zoya is not opening the door.
shireen: ayaan you were not sleeping inside your room?
ayaan: ammi actually he don't know what to say i will explain latter.
humeira & razia was bit relaxed after knowing that ayaan slept outside, not with zoya.
rashid: i think we have to break the door
some how after a bit they were able to open the door. inside the room zoya was not there. they could here mild sound of water coming from the tap. ayaan called zoya no response. when he touched the bathroom door he understood it was not locked. he opened it. the site they saw inside was terrefic. zoya was sitting down next to the tub she had immersed her right hand inside the tub. instead of water the tub is filled with her blood. blood was flowing down to the floor also.
ayaan screamed zoya he ran towards her he holded her. she was unconcious he pulled out her hands from the tub.
rashid : ayaan i think she has lost so much blood from her body. we have to take her immediately to the hospital.
ayaan carried her in his arms. they took her to the hospital.
in the hospital
zoya was taken to emergency ot from the casuality after giving her basic first aid. her bp is low & pulse rate was rapidly increasing. blood transfusion should be done immediately. she should be mointered since her vitals are not stable. when they were shifting her to the ot docter informed the family" see her condition is critical. she has lost so much blood from her body we can't say anything for sure now. if you want you can inform her close relatives. all the family members are still in shock. ayaan was not able to control himself. what he will say to his bhaijaan? he trusted him so much. he was suppose to take care of her. she is his bhaijaan's amanaat. how will he inform him that zoya is in between life & death. but he has to inform him.
ayaan called asad.
asad: ayaan this early? is everything alright?
ayaan was crying bhai zoya
asad: what happened to zoya?
ayaan: bhai please come to city hospital immediately. zoya is in emergency ot. she is critical. she tried to commit suicide.
phone fell from asad's hand. flashes of zoya lying lifeless came into his mind. ya allah what i have done, to save nikhat's life i put zoya's life in danger. how can i commit such a sin?
allah please save zoya. he reached city hospital within minutes. he ran towards emergency ot. he saw full sm family members there. he ran towards ayaan.

asad: what happened to her actually.

when you recive this letter i would have reached another world. i am not running away. but i can't bear this betryal. i loved you, trusted you blindly. but you broke my trust. instead of supporting me you just pushed me into a pit. you were concerned only about your sister. what about me? you didn't even think about me. you played with my feelings to prove yourself in front of your step mom.i was never your priority. i was ready to marry you but you are the one who walked away not once but thrice. you donated me to ayaan as his wife without my consent. nikkah is not a game for me. evenafter knowing the importance of nikkah in my life, you dragged me to sm & emotionally blackmailed me. you yourself throwed me away from you. i can never again come back to you. how can i trust a man who donated me to your bhai without my permisssion? just because i am orphan you can't use me. i also have selfrespect. you can't take always someone for granted. i was trapped by tanveer. she tried to kill me i escaped from her. some goons were chasing me. unknowingly i landed up in that nikkah hall.you called when i was there. i was talking to you. i don't know what happened? i have not even said qubool hai. instead of listening to me you & your bhai was eager to trade me. i am not married to ayaan i will never live as his wife.so iam leaving this world

zoya opened her eyes. she saw the entire sm family there.
ayaan had already informed the family members about the deal asad & ayaan made for this nikkah.

she didn't replay. seeing asyaan her face became dark.
zoya: all of you plese leave i am not related to you people. i am an orphan.

all of them had to leave. zoya sat on her bed. she was crying. allah miyya why you saved me?

she got an appoinment in a hour. she walked towards docters cabin. she entered inside
zoya: i want to get discharged now
dr: no mam you have to take rest. you can go only tomorrow
zoya: please dr i am fine.i have to go now i have to do some important work
somehow he convinced him & got discharge. she went directly to womenscell
in adv.anjanas cabin
zoya introduced herself
zoya: mam i want to file a case for forced marrige against asad ahmed khan,ayaan ahmed khan & shireen khan.
zoya explained in detail about what had happened
adv: see zoya its a forced marriage. it was against your consent according to law its a crime. we have to meet community members before we file a petition. afterthat we can submit the petition directly in court.
they both left to community members office.

I REALLY WISH DURING ZOYAAN TRACK ZOYA COULD HAVE STOOD FOR HER RIGHTS. DURING AKRAM FIASCO & MANGALPUR INCIDENT WE SAW A ZOYA WHO FIGHTS FOR HER RIGHTS & STAND AGAINST PEOPLE WHO ARE FORCING TO DO WRONG THINGS. INSTEAD WE GOT TO SEE TYPICAL SAAS BAHU SAGA. EVEN THOUGH ZOYA WAS NOT COMPLETELY INNOCENT; IT WAS ASYAAN WHO PUSHED HER IN TO THAT SITUVATION.
ZOYA'S FAULT WAS GOING OUT ON HER NIKKAH DAY WITHOUT INFORMING ANYONE; WHAT MADE HER TO DO THAT WAS LACK OF TRUST ASAD HAD SHOWEN TO HER IN THE PAST. I AGREE SHE COULD HAVE DISCUSSED IT WITH DILSHAD ATLEAST. STILL THE KHAN BROTHERS HAD USED HER. THEY DIDN'T ASKED HER OPINION. SHE IS NOT A PUPPET ONE BROTHER CAN USE & EXCHANGE & THEN THE OTHER CAN TAKE IT BACK. THEY COULD HAVE CONTROLLED THE ISSUE BY OFFERING HASSENA BI SOME MONEY. SHE WAS PERSONALLY NOT INTERESTED IN UNITING ZOYAAN. ALL SHE DID WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ISSUE FOR MONEY. ASYAAN COULD HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS ABOUT HOW ZOYAAN LANDED UP IN THE NIKKAH HALL & THEY COULD HAVE INVESTIGATE BY USING THE VIDEOS & NIKKAHNAAMA.
ZOYA WAS TRADED. HER SELF RESPECT WAS RUINED. SO I REALLY WISH ZOYA COULD HAVE STOOD UP FOR HER RIGHTS & TAUGHT THE KHAN KHANDHAN A LESSON TO RESPECT WOMEN. SINCE SHE IS AN ORPHAN ALL TOOK HER FOR GRANTED. IF IT WAS HUMEIRA / NAMJA/NUZZAT WILL THEY BEHAVE SIMILARLY? NO. ITS ONLY BECAUSE SHE WAS AN ORPHAN.
I HAD GONE THROUGH SOME ARTICLES ABOUT FORCED MARRIAGES IN ISLAM. FORCED MARRIAGE IS A SIN ACCORDING TO ISLAM. A VIRGIN/ WIDOW/DIVORCE WOMEN CANNOT BE PUSHED INTO A MARRIAGE WITHOUT HER CONSENT; IF SHE IS FORCED TO DO SO THEN SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN AGAINST IT IN FRONT OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS, SHE CAN GET THE MARRIAGE ANNULLED.

Zoya & anjana reached community members office near badi masjid. all the senior members were there when they reached there. they all recognized zoya as they saw her yesterday in sm. they all were curious to know why she came there that too along with a lawyer.
they explained the purpose of there visit. all the members are astonished. zoya understood & she tried to give a detailed explanation.
zoya: i was mr. asad ahmed khan's fiance. we were suppose to get married yesterday. but tanveer mr.khan's childhood friend trapped me. because of her twice our nikkah got cancelled before. she tried to kill me with the help of some goons. i escaped from them. they were chasing me. i reached the community hall. to save myself i covered my face & sat there. i got a call from mr.khan. i was talking to him suddenly i heard maulvi saab congratulating me. i have not even said qubool hai. even ayaan was chased by some street goons. he was also on phone & he also didn't say qubool hai. we both were shocked when maulvi declared as married. we were not even aware of the situation. i really don't get how he declared our nikkah when we didn't even say qubool hai. i feel something wrong had happened which we all are unaware. the situation worsened when haseena bee came to know about the incident. she called of nikhat's marriage with her son. nikhat tried to commit suicide. to save nikhat's life ayaan shamelessly came & asked mr.khan to lend me till nikhat's marriage. mr.khan didn't even asked my opinion. he dragged me to sm & blackmailed me to sign nikkahnamma. i was forced into all this. nikkah is not a joke for me. its a life long commitment. since i am an orphan they all used me. my self respect was ruined. i am not married to ayaan. i want to prove that our nikkah had not taken place. i want to get it cancelled.
senior member: its so unfortunate. we all saw how asad was forcing you. we didn't know the truth behind it. its not a legal marriage. first of all you both were on phone when nikkahnamma was read & secondly you both didn't even say qubool hai. its against our laws. we respect women. zoya was forced to sign the nikkahnamma. according to Islam we need girls consent for nikkah. no one can force her. if she is forced she has the right to cancel it. if there was mistake from our part we need to investigate & clear it.
zoya had relief as these people are supporting her. along with the support of the members anjana prepared a petition & zoya signed it. according to zoya's request they decided to keep the matter away from media. she was worried for nikhat, nuzzat & humeira. if media gets involved these girls will be affected most. community members also supported her. if the matter goes to media it will affect there reputation. finally the petition was submitted directly on court.
AFTERNOON
A POLICE JEEP ENTERS SM. ALL ARE SHOCKED. THE SUB INSPECTOR CAME INSIDE & ASK WHO IS Mr. AYAAN AHMED KHAN & Mrs. SHIREEN KHAN?
GAFFUR: WHAT'S THE MATTER INSPECTOR? SHIREEN IS MY SISTER & AYAAN IS MY NEPHEW."
INSPECTOR: I HAVE GOT AN ARREST WARRENT FOR THEM.
ALL ARE SHOCKED.
GAFFUR: WHAT ARE YOU SAYING OFFICER. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE?
INSPECTOR: SEE WE HAVE RECEIVED A COMPLIANT FROM MISS. ZOYA FAROOQUI SAYING THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE BLACKMAILED HER AND FORCED HER TO GET MARRIED TO Mr. AYAAN AHMED KHAN & SHE HAS ALSO MENTIONED IN HER COMPLAINT THAT BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE SHE WAS FORCED TO COMMIT SUICIDE ATTEMPT. SHE HAS COMPLIANED TO THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS & WOMEN'S CELL ALSO. THEY TOGETHER HAVE FILED THE PETITION ; DIRECTLY ON COURT. INSPCTOR: WE HAVE COURT ORDERS. MISS. ZOYA FAROOQUI HAS FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU FOR FORCED MARRIGE, MENTAL TORTURE, CHARACTER ASSSINATION & FOR COMPELLING HER TO COMMIT SUICIDEATTEMPT.

ASAD IS STILL IN A STATE OF SHOCK. HE DIDN'T SPEAK ANYTHING. POLICE ARRESTED HIM.

Asad, ayaan & shireen are in police station. shireen is still crying.
shireen: how can zoya do this to us?
police officer: you are showing attitude mrs.khan? being a mother how can you do this to a girl who is of your daughters age? you should be thanking her that she had requested not to involve media just for the sake of girls in your house.
trio was again shocked. once more zoya showed her greatness.
ayaan: mr.officer its all my fault. zoya's complaint is genuine. i was the one who emotionally blackmailed bhaijaan & forced him to bring zoya. please leave my ammi & bhaijaan.
asad: no i have committed the biggest sin. i forced my zoya into this without thinking about her. i am the culprit.
police officer: aarey wha what a bromance? sacrificing bride, now sacrificing own future for brother. you guys should be hanged to death for trading women for your own purposes.
asyaan & shireen was feeling ashamed of themselves. shireen also gave her statement that she had asked asad to compel zoya for this nikkah for the sake of nikhat. police had filed there statement & made all the essentials to submit in the court. rashid's & asad's lawyer has came there to bail the trio. since they have given true statement bail was accepted in condition that the trio won't leave bhopal till the case is disclosed. police also warned that since the complain was submitted directly in court within 2 days they all will called for the hearing by the court.
outside the police station
asad: its all my mistake. i can't blame zoya. after pushing her into all this still she showed mercy by not involving media
ayaan: haan bhaijaan we have committed a big mistake. how we will correct this? i have no idea
asad: i think we should talk to zoya. but where is she now?
ayaan: what do you mean by that bhai?
asad: prasad told me that she got discharged from the hospital at request. i am sure after all this she won't come to kv/sm. maybe she will prefer to stay in a hotel until case is disclosed.
ayaan: don't worry bhai we will find her we will apologize to her. she cant be angry with anyone for a longtime.
asad had no hope. zoya was badly hurt. but still he had to try. she cant let her go off.
Evening
zoya was in women's cell office. she had called phupi. it was a relief for her that she was not angry with her about the case. instead she declared support to her by giving statement against her own son. phupi had sent all her stuffs to the office. zoya had requested not to sent her phone, ipad & some gifts given by asad. zoya had got a new phone & sim with the help of anjana.
anjana informed her that asyaan & shireen had given there statement. they had accepted there mistake. they got bailed also. anjana also informed that police had submitted the fir in court & court have given order to submit the videos, photos & nikahnaama within 2 days. also summons will be sent to community leaders & maulvi saab to attend the hearing. hearing was fixed after 2 days. 2 days zoya thought after that she will be free from this burden. anjana asked zoya about her accomdation. she has to be safe for 2 days. after that its court hearing. anjana told that she can arrange her stay in the women's hostel. but zoya politely rejected saying that she had to finish some more work before court hearing. she exactly know where to go & stay till her case is disclosed.
