Thanks for sharing..
Nice interview, Urdu pronunciation is not easy for non muslim, so actors do have to work harder, and most actors in QH are doing or did fab job.
Entertaining industry runs on basis of talent and need, the rifts happen and then if talent and need is there, worse enemies come around. We see it happen in BW all the time, Farah Khan and SRK, are together after bitter past..
He is stating very general facts and its up to people, how they read it..

🤔😊"TV actors who feel that they are heroes are actually living in a world of fantasy. It's the character that the audience falls in love with. This is one of the major reasons why the artistes who have given a hit in their earlier show turn out to be a disaster in their next," he ends.
in my opinion
this is nt wd KSG
he hs been loved in his every role
i think sometimes audience starts loving actr more thn his chrctr

I don't know whose article this is but I lov the way they r promoting raqesh left right .A hero left a show doesn't mean he wasn't committed if some people do believe that then they need to watch the old epis. QH wen started then huge nos of people were ksg fans n they had no idea who Surbhi or Rishabh was during that time .If Zoya part will be played by Rakhi sawant then even if story is superb no one is gonna watch it so its wrong to say actors r not biggers then serial Tulsi was the biggest example of that n all the best to raqesh I will be happy if he plays asad nicely. I know wat ksg is so I don't mind all these articles Ksg doesn't need QH to prove his worth he has already proved it n tm I lov it that yu r being a surbhi big fan is trying to all defend raqesh 😉 just don't indirectly say something have the gut to say directly 😊

I don't know whom he is indicating or whom he is promoting. that is his mindset on which I don't want to say anything. but unfortunately in television industry it is actors who are responsible for shows popularity otherwise ipkknd would still exists. people watch shows for their fav star then if the story and other actors are good they continue watching it. it is actors who give life to characters otherwise those character will remain dead. this is a fiction show and not a shakespearan play that characters are important.

I beg to differ from what you say...just slightly but differ yes.

IPKKND did not die because of the actor, it was because ASR made Barun and Barun made ASR.. If it was just the actor, then Barun's previous shows should have seen the same fate too . There was no uproar when the one on Sony shut down or even the one on star which did not survive a handful of months I think.. And how many of Barun's fans can say that they were his fans before IPKKND happened to him?

It was ASR that brought him in the limelight and when ASR and Barun were both being removed from the show the fans reacted. It was both of them that helped each other out. Any single entity never triumphs over the other.

Yes actor's breathe in life to the character, but even the best of the actors cannot breathe life into a flat character. Why are these top telly actors not able to survive in Bolly. If it is the star power and these actors do have major following, why are some of these movies not even breaking even?

There are so many examples on the silver screen where top bolly actors are not able to bring in crowds after the initial hysteria of the fans. I love watching Salman Khan when he is Salman Khan, but since Dabang 1, I have given up on his movies. They have nothing of substance to keep me interested for 2+ hours. All his characters are flat, sorry for saying this, and they all look and feel the same.

Just my POV.

Rivs

ps: I only used Barun as an example since the OP who I quoted mentioned IPKKND. And I used Salman since as a person who was once his fan, I feel I have the right to speak my mind about him.

pps: This is not for bashing...just for sharing my POV. I know a lot of folks will not agree. To them - to each his own. We don't have to agree to co-exist.
