He should have returned ealier yes.. but he did try calling up and speaking to them but nobody was ready to speak to him and he did not know about the conditions over here.. So basically the big mistake from both the ends was their SILENCE..

I just to stress that communication is very much required in every relationship to clear out possible misunderstandings...😊
