i just called dusre no. pe and they finally received the call...

Me - How can you guys be so insensitive...Firstly how can u replace some1 like karan and then you arn't even picking our calls. And you say you guys are very professional. Yeh kahan ka professionalism hua.

He- Sorry ma'am...there are many caller line busy hogi. We can't attend to each and everyone.

Me- why can't you attend each and every call

He- umm bcoz there are many callers.

Me- do you know why thr are so many callers ?

He- no Ma'am..
