Preethi, I have seen the link and it is Zee Tv's tactics to justify themselves and to satisfy their ego.
Pls all the fans see the F-32 link where Asad comes home and find Ammi missing.
In that BTS u will find that in the beginning Surbhi is saying that she told Gul Khan or the PH that if this is the way to treat then she would think of start giving screen-test for other shows... She also said to KSG that - "main bata nahi sakti Sir ki main kitni khush hu aap ko dekh kar". This shows that KSG might have agreed to do the show for 3-4 months more but ZEE or the PH didn't co-operated with him. Instead they are calling him Unprofessional and drunkard... His co-star specially Surbhi and Shalini ji always praised him. Even recently in SBB Shalini Kapoor praised him. Then why the hell ZEE is still spoiling his image. It is really sad that this is getting really nasty, this is not the way to deal with anyone's exit.They are really being stupid, Karan should just keep quite and ignore. I am sure Zee will pay a big price for this stupidity.they are forgetting one thing that when you point one finger at someone, other four are pointing towards you.

I guess there is other way to handle these type of people AJAY from zee. he is so stubborn he will not say sorry for sure, he is so egostic.
