they have initiated legal action against him... so lets see he might stay back too... coz DPad had opted outvof Race2 but when makers took legal action against her.. she had to do the film... so here Channel has contract with him that too exclusive.. so both oarty might negotiate on a mutual agreement... finger crossed...
