...the answer to which I do not remember.

When was the first time that Zoya addressed Asad as Mr. Khan?

Am unable to recall this. In the first three meetings they did not know each others' name so she definitely called him 'Mr. Khan' after she began to live in KV but since when exactly is what am trying to remember. This must be a very simple question to answer for many of you, so please tell me. (:

Another question which is not that simple but am still trying to find an answer to that is exactly how many times has Zoya brought coffee for Asad?

Will you guys please help me in finding the answer to this.
