But I'm totally not wimpy yo, I survived a trip to a place I wasn't sure about in the sweltering heat of an unfamiliar place 😆
So I thought I'd make a post while everything is still somewhat fresh in my mind 😆
Today I met shanakyasharan (Karuuu!) who is probably one of the sweetest virtual friends I've ever made. A friend who, after talking to me over the phone a few times, was under the wrong impression that I'm a 'hot and sexy babe' (her words not mine) 😆 When really I'm just a helluva goofy, average-looking gal who
TOTALLY HYPERVENTILATED when she saw Surbhi and Karan in the flesh today after watching them on-screen for over a year.
After a good quarter of an hour of Karishma leaning outta the window and shout-asking every second rickshaw wala 'Bhaiyya, where is Chitrath Studio?' we finally found the damn place.
We waited outside with all the gali ke kutte and the set men giving us company until the shoot inside finished after which Surbhi, Karan and a bunch of random people came out and well, I totally lost it about then.
SJ IS SO MOTHER EFFING GORGEOUS.
Karan EVEN with that fugly long hair is HOT in person 😆
SJ was as oblivious as ever, she was singing a song and talking to some dude, walking away, and at first I was like, W*F girl, didn't you see us fans sweating like pigs outside waiting for you? I kid 😆 Anyway then Karan called out 'Bunty' and she turned back around and I FINALLY MET HER!
The girl is legit the sweetest thing, I can't even. She is 90% human and 10% double rainbow + a morning's worth of sunshine + a garden of roses. She is SO SWEET <3 And gorgeous She is also one of the best huggers 😳 I hugged the hella outta her a ton of times and she hugged back just as hard 😆 Needless to say I'm her fan for life and she is adorable and the cutest things and I love her 😳 Then I gave the present I'd gotten her which was chocolates in the shape of sheep droppings - signature NZ lollies 😆
And also something a little more thoughtful - a paua shell necklace with the first letter of her name. She loved 'em both and I was glad :D Then we hugged again 😳 😆 Since I've been vacationing in India I did tell her I went past her home city (Jalandhar) and she got so inexplicably happy and told me she really missed her family, the last time she'd seen them was four months ago D;
Now I know I come across as a judgemental biatch and I know most of the KSGians hate me, but yeah, I met Karan and though I still don't want to be called a KSGian, I genuinely believe Karan is a very sweet, thoughtful and down-to-earth man. Also he did tell us he's growing the locks for a reason only known to him and Lord God above 😆
I asked him if he thinks it's utterly ridiculous that AsYa have had three failed attempts at marriage and he said it's 'beyond ridiculous' lol. I then asked if he's as sick of the delay as we are and he smiled and said I should be able to to tell that from the expression on his face these days lol. We then briefly discussed the fact that the creatives need to buck up some in order for the TRPs to shoot. Because I'm boring like that and I hate seeing my fav show in the dumps.
Karishma had also kindly brought them cake and they had some, and SJ also told us we should sit on the sofas in SM and gorge on some cake ourselves 😆
My excitement probably wouldn't let me hold it down so I didn't eat any.
We saw the shooting of a scene and it was amazeballs! :O These people are very, very hard-working! Each one of 'em! :)

P.P.S. Was never interested in meeting celebs in real life, because I've always been anxious that my favorite will turn out to be a moron. But SJ is the SWEETEST <3 And Karan is a great guy, color me surprised 😆 They're both awesome! :)
P.P.P.S. I also got a photo taken with Siddiqui Sahib aka Tej Sapru. He is such an adorable old man, reminds me of my gramps :'D
