I have a feeling after seeing the picture as per the spoiler where he is standing with his car hurricane he is holding that poster in his hand he might conclude either of the two :
1.He gets very agitated seeing the picture and in a fit of anger just decides to drop going to indore and starts driving back home rashly not seeing the traffic and meets with an accident.
2.He trusts zoya and decides to go home and clear things with her and supports her when Razia de means her and gets so hurt with Razia's harsh words that in a fit of anger not thinking about anything just leaves from there and Zoya goes after him in the car to calm him.He starts driving rashly and zoya tries to calm him down and tells him to drive slowly but he continues to drive fast and in a split second he looses control and they meet with an accident and zoya gets more injured than asad and he repents for not controlling his anger outbursts.
Just an imagination after seeing the spoilers lets wait for the episodes to unfold the further track
