Dilshad- swearing by name is prohibited in Islam

Swearing in the name of anything besides Allah is prohibited

Oath is a solemn appeal to Allah to witness one's determination, or to emphasize a matter by mentioning a glorified one in particular. Glorification and exaltation are due to Allah Alone, therefore, it is not permissible to swear by other than Allah. Scholars are agreed that an oath must be sworn by Allah, His Names or Attributes only, and that swearing by other than Allah constitutes Shirk. Ibn Umar (radhi allahu anhu) narrated, 'The Prophet (sallallahu aliahi wa-sallam) said, 'Allah has prohibited you from taking an oath by your fathers. He who must take an oath, may do so by swearing in the Name of Allah or he should remain silent.'' [Agreed upon] Ibn Umar (radhi allahu anhu) also reported that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu aliahi wa-sallam) said, 'He who swears by other than Allah, commits Kufr and Shirk.' [Musnad Ahmad]

So, Gul should take that in mind and don't misuse swearing words, seriously.

People take wrong use of swearing because of lack of knowledge about it. It should not be promoted in the show also.

The show is filled with shirk and mockery. I watch AsYa, and ignore everything else. Islam is not a ritualistic religion, it is pretty simplistic. TV can't show it properly because they have to add glamour to it. After Tanveer was booted out, Dilshad performed something for evil eye and I was like THERE IS NO SUCH THING. Half the things people for any religion are cultural practices NOT religious. The desi spin on Islam + the TV glam + Gul's lack of intelligence = QH never portraying Islam properly. Anyone who can't compartmentalize (which I had trouble doing during the ZoYaan fisco) quit!

There is limitation to show islam properly in TV. But Gul tried to show.

It showed Ramadan

It has shown Eid

It has shown Namaj

It has shown Salam

It has shown masjid.

It has shown Qurankhani.

It has shown such things which no other shows tried to portray about Islam. Islam was often ignored. I am glad she tried to show all these. But when some extreme issues come out there in the show wrongly then I'll surely voice out.
