Honestly, I'm sure your right bc I have a feeling the writers the headed down this path. And I wish I could see these characters in the perceptive that you are seeing them (it would make this show less frustrating for me) I'm sure by next week Asad will be part of Rashid's cheerleading Team also.
But in my perception, Dilshad was more of a wife than a mother. I personally felt like Dilshad was just using every trick in the book to keep Asad around bc she feels it will help in Rashid's recovery. I know she loves her son and I get the whole Asad needs to break free of his hate for Rashid but I wish these characters even slightly acknowledged that Asad is not obligated to do anything for Rashid. Atleast in my opinion he is not.
I just wish that someone would tell Asad that he needs to let go of his hate so that he live a happier life. But instead, everyone wants Asad to be a son to Rashid, which I find very annoying.
But maybe I'm just a cold heart person like Asad I don't know. I just feel bad for Asad and wish someone would sit with him and share his pain instead just wanting him to get over it.
