I worship excellence and my personal feeling is that it is indeed a sacrilege to pan any one's effort at achieving perfection .Criticism is fine by me ..and I too will agree that Asad looked good in his original neat avatar. Sincerely hope we get the old Asad back soon .But unfortunately none of know for sure what goes on in the minds of the actors /Cvs and Gul Khan !!!

To me he looks like the Sardar he is in real life ! Hope we see the lion in him soon enough .May be it is to make Shireen,s baddua true ..no one will recognise him anymore ..not just Dilshad !

I am unable to relate KSG's current hippy look to Asad anymore, who is supposed to be prim and proper business man. He can opt for an eye sour look if it is required for the story or some how make it look justified by making Zoya ask him to grow hair and beard or something like that but randomly changing chiseled look to rugged look for no apparent reason do come across clumsy not only on part of the actor but also on part of other key contributors such as director, CVs and the production house. Good acting needs support of appropriate look to bring a character to life...I just hope KSG don't come up with braids and beads in the upcoming episodes, that would be a classic OMG moment for me.

I most certainly do not "worship" asya. I think most of us here watch the show as means of distraction and entertainment or a wind down after work. Calling the hair as unprofessional is in fact a criticism and not panning an actors effort because frankly the actor hasn't put any effort in the last few months barring the mahaepisode recently.

He can do what he wants in his personal life, it's none of my business and I couldn't care less but then he can suffer through wearing a wig because I want to asad the character and not Karan's personal whims and fancies.

Agree.,.and his current hair style/ponytail its completely out of Asad's character...It would hav been better if he gelled his hair instead of this ponytail...and nw the half ponytail is disgusting...I think of my childhood when I used to tie my hair like that...

I don't care what the reason is ! I hate that hair .. And now my parents keep passing comments about me watching the show and what does he look like he returned from the jungle ? I don't mind the beard .. I don't want long hair at all ! He should chop it all of and give us Asad hair from mangalpur time !

I think its not for nothing that when a drama is to go on air, there are people who invest in costumes, looks and styles of the character which has to be in tandem with the personality s/he is going to portray! In the middle of the show one actor decides he needs to experiment with his looks and an OCD affected man, who was shown to throw a fit when his sister went for a haircut, is now sporting long hair and a beard! Wow!! Where's Asad in this mass of hairy tales now?? And if this is what was going to be projected a year down, why was Asad painted differently from the beginning?

i agree many ppl are irritated with his look.its completely ok.but then look at the fact that gul and her team decides the look for asad.asad ke baal open bhi to to theek hai but they are giving pony look and clutched hairstyle look.

ksg is very good actor

Agree and agree,I found him so handsome in the mangalpur days, so am watching old episodes
