But i think there's a reason why he didn't stay on just her request. He was shown to be thinking about the pathar dil waali line. It was hurting him and he might be angry about it.

but the reason why he agreed in no time is because he was half convinced on Zoya's insistence already. Shayad ghusse mein nakhre dikha raha tha. 😆

Exactly, he was truly upset, and Zoya's decision made him feel unwanted just like what his mother made him feel like. Before Asad was the apple of the eye, now Everyone left him, and even Zoya too did. Poor guy wanted torun away cause he thought his ammi doesnt needs him anymore, but when his ammi says I need you dont leave, everything changes 😆

yes this time zoya is wrong for this matter. But in previous days asad choose his selfish siblings over zoya.
