Hi guys 😊! So for the first time, I'm here with a poem. Its based on the current track, we all know asad is broken hearted with his mother leaving him and this poem is supposed to be what zoya is saying to asad. Ok, so here goes nothing:
We wander through lanes of shattered faith together,
For I will leave you, never.
Through this phase of anguish and broken trust,
Hold my hand as we trudge past misted avenues of dust.
Agonized, your heart might be,
As you try and walk away from me,
But I wont let go,
Nor will I let life become your foe.
Fear not the future,
For life is an unforeseen adventure.
Seize every second and set yourself free,
Break the reigns of the past and see the world as you walk beside me.
Iris will shine again, my love,
As we stumble through the ride of the dove.
The radiant rays of the sun caress you with ease,
Like my love for you, which will never cease...
Until I breathe...
Was it ok? I'm kinda feeling stupid here since this was my first attempt at a poem, at least a sensible one.
A couple of words or phrase u mi8 hav been confused abt:
Iris- The greek/roman godess of rainbows.
Ride of the dove- Dove is the symbol of the greek godess of love, Aphrodite. (I'm kinda crazy of reading percy jackson, those who read it will kbow what I mean 😆😉)
