After Imran cut the call, Asad was still in a confused state of mind ... His thoughts : Kya Zoya ayi thi office mein ?? Muje kyun lagta hain ki meine unki bracelet ki aawaaz suni ?? Nahin.. wo office kyun ayegi... ?? Lagta hain mein yahan akke bhi unhe bhool nahin pa raha hoon... !! Ya allah ... Meri madat kijiye... !!

Dinner Time :

Dilshad noticed that Asad was lost in his own thoughts.. while Najma was enjoying her dinner along with the novel which she was reading ...

Dilshad : Najma.. Mein aur tumhare Bhaijaan tumse baat karna chathe hain !!

Najma looked up from her book giving a confused look to both her mother and brother... : Ji Ammi !!

Dilshad : Najma.. Tum ab professionally settle hogayi ho.. to hum chathe hain.. ki tum ab nikaah karlo... Agar koi tumhe pasand hain to bata do warna hum ladke dekhne shuru karenge !!

Najma : Ammi .. itni bhi kya jaldi hain ammi.. Phele Bhaijaan ki ho jane dijiye... !!

Asad : Najma.. Please.. Mein nikaah karenwala to hoon nahin.. Tum apni batao..!!

Najma : Lekin Bhaijaan... aap nikaah kyun nahin karenge ??

Asad looked at Dilshad and then at Najma : Najma.. hum tumhare nikaah ki baat kar rahein hain.. to sirf uske barein mein baat karein ab !!

Najma looked at her brother again but she was scared to probe any further fearing if he would get angry and shout back... So she preferred to sit quietly...

Dilshad : Najma.. ladka dekhne shuru Karen kya ??

Najma : Jo aap teek samje ammi... !!

Asad : Najma.. Mera dost hain Imran.. Wo bhi ek Architect hain.. lekin uska interest zyada interiors pe hain ... Wo mere saath hi kaam kartha hain.. Accha ladka hain.. Wo tumhe dekhne teen ya char din mein ayega..

Najma : Ji Bhaijaan... !!

Asad excused himself and walked to his room and locked it... After confirming that he was now in his room, Najma spoke to her mother...

Najma : Ammi.. Mein chathi hoon.. ki Bhaijaan ka nikaah mere nikaah ke saath hi ho.. Aap please Bhaijaan ko samjayiye... !!

Dilshad : Najma.. Mein bhi chati hoon ki apne bte ka ghar basta hua dekhoon.. lekin wo manta hi nahin..

Najma : Ammi.. abbu ne aisa kyun kiya ammi.. Bhaijaan unse kitna pyar karte the..shayad nikaah ke naam se dar the hain Bhaijaan !!

Dilshad : Najma.. Tumhare abbu kahan hain.. kaise hain.. is sawaal ka jawab mein bhi bees saal se doond rahi hoon.. Tumhare abbu California university mein apne specialization kiya tha.. Wahan ke saare dost ko mein phone karke poocha tha... lekin kisi ko maloom bhi nahin tha... ki Rashid US gaye the.. Patha nahin wo kis dost ko milne gaye.. kahan gaye... par mera dil kehta hain najma ki wo jahan bhi hain.. teek hain... Warna meri dil ki dhadkan kab ka band ho jata ... !!

Najma : Ammi !! .. With tears in her eyes, Najma hugged her mother...

Dilshad : Patha nahin..mere Asad ko sambhalne wali kahan hain aur kab ayegi.. !!

Zoya's House, Mumbai

Zoya was very happy after coming out of Dilshad constructions.. She had noted down Imran's number and inspite of her request, Imran was scared to disclose Asad's private number... However, after hearing their conversation, she was sure that Asad did like her.. and she kissed the bracelet in her hand..

Zoya's thoughts : Mr.. Khan.. Muje patha nahin aap muje kyun avoid kar rahein hain.. lekin mera naam bhi Zoya Farooqui hain.. Gaffur Farooqui ki beti jo Zindagi mein kabhi harna nahin janti hain ... So you better be ready Mr. Khan !!

She was trying to figure out what to do and also tried to recollect his irritated look when she was with Saif.. and so she immediately flicked her fingers.. figuring out what she would do to make him confess...

She first called up Imran...

Zoya : Hi Imran.. Sorry.. Mein janti hoon ki mein tumhe bahut pareshan kar rahi hoon.. but I can't help...

Imran : That's fine Doctor.. Kahiye ??

Zoya : Accha.. ye batao.. tum Mr. Khan ke behen Najma ke barein mein kya jante ho ??

Imran : Ab Najma mein apka interest kyun hain ??

Zoya : Imran.. Intrerest to sirf tumhare dost pe hain.. Aur muje umeed hain tum mere madat karoge...!!

Imran was happy that Zoya was showing so much of interest in Asad.. He did want his friend also to be happily settled down with a family of his own.. Zoya was not only a famous doctor , she was a very sweet natured gril so he decided he would help her...

Imran : Sorry Zoya babhi batayiye.. !!

Zoya : Not bad.. tum jaldi samaj gaye.. aur tumhara wo pagal dost... Samaj kar bhi dur rehna chatha hain!! Najma kya kar rahi hain ?? I mean kya wo pad rahi hain ya job kar rahi hain .. ??

Imran : Najma.. ek lecuturer hain.. Wo ek Medical Microbiologist hain...

Zoya : Great !! . kaunse college mein ??

Imran : Institue of Medical Biology, Bhopal...!!

Zoya : Imran.. Thank you !! Thank you .. so very much !!

Imran : Lekin .. aap kya karnewali ho ?? Agar Asad ko patha lagega ki meine ye sab tumhe bataya hain.. to wo meri jaan le lega...

Zoya : Imran.. itne dar the kyun ho .. Tumhe kuch nahin hoga.. !!

She next dialed out Dr. Saif who had come down to Mumbai to attend a conference ... Dr. Saif Mallik was quite a famous doctor in Neuro Science.. He was here in Mumbai to speak about the challenges faced by such patients and what advanced methods had come up for curing them... Zoya decided to go and meet her father in his office since she wanted to inform him about her travel to Bhopal for few days...

Zainab Constructions, Mumbai

Gaffur was very angry with one of his employees... He was pacing up and down in his cabin... He had found out that Javed, one of his employees who had been serving the company since last 5 Yrs had leaked out a vital information from the upcoming contract to another company .. He had informed his secretary to send in Javed and so he was walking around in his cabin...

He had wished his son Farhaan to take up engineering and later to take over his company.. but Farhaan had preferred another professional line... Being a very principled man and a good father, he did not force upon his decisions on any of his children... When Zeenath and Zoya had also chosen some other line, he hoped he could atleast get his daughters married to somebody who could take over his empire... But his expectations were let down again when Zeenath had chosen Anwar to marry...Zeenath had gone to US for doing MS and had met Anwar over there... Now that he was growing old, he was worried about his company which he had lovingly started with support of his wife.. His final hope was Zoya.. He had indirectly expressed his wish to her at times...

As soon as Javed walked in,

Gaffur : Kaise ho Javed ??

Javed : Ji sir.. Teek hoon !!

Gaffur : Tum apni salary se kush to ho na ?? ya tumhe koi problem hain ??

Javed : Ji sir.. koi problem nahin hain... ?? lekin aap ye sab kyun ? and he looked at Gaffur.. Without his realization, Javed had started sweating...

Gaffur took out a tissue from the tissue roll on his table and handed it over to Javed...and he next handed over a letter to him...

Javed took it with trembling hands...and opened it to find that it was his termination letter...

Zainab Constructions.. was run with lot of discipline.. The annual appraisal would ensure that the deserving employees were provided proper hike as per the market standards.. The company believed in keeping its employees happy and that was one of the reasons for the attrition rate to be very low in that compay... When Gaffur had got the information about Javed, he did not want to take any hasty decision but he had got proper investigations done and only after it was proved that Javed was indeed guilty, he had taken this decision...

Gaffur : Umeed hai.. ki tumhe maloom hai ki tumhe ye kyun mil raha hain !!

Javed just put his head down.. There was no point in now denying the crime which he had already committed...

Gaffur : Jathe Jathe ye to batao ki tumhe ye sab karnekeliye kisne bataya aur kyun ??

Javed : Sir muje maaf kardijiye..

Gaffur : Mere sawal ka jawab do Javed..

Javed: .. Market mein ek naya company launch hone wala hain.. Quershi Constructions.. unhone survey karke ye patha lagaya tha ki yahan Mumbai mein humara company...

Gaffur : ab tum humara nahin kehsakte ho Javed...

Javed : Sorry sir.. unhone ye patha lagaya ki Mumbai mein Zainab constructions aur Dilshad Constructions bahut hi mashoor hain... isliye unhone yeh dono company ko maath dene keliye... !!

Gaffur : Dilshad constructions se kis ko contact kiya unhone ??

Javed was quiet.. He did not want his friend also to get into trouble...

Gaffur : Javed .. Agar tum yahan bataoge nahin to shayab police station mein bataoge.. .. Mere paas sab sabot hain.. aur hum ab jo bhi baat kar rahein hain.. wo bhi record ho raha hain...

Javed got really tensed now.. : Sir.. uska naam Riyaj hain.. !!

Zoya entered Gaffur's cabin now.. Her face was filled with lot of anger.. She had obviously heard the entire conversation..The moment she had heard Dilshad constructions, she had stayed behind the door and heard everything... Without thinking, she just barged in and slapped Javed...

Gaffur : Zoya ... yeh kya kar rahi ho beta... ?? and he held his daughter...

Zoya's anger had still not come down.. : Tum log jante bhi ho.. company ko shuru karne mein kitni mehnat karni padthi hain.. ?? aur itne logon ko salary dete hain..chand rupayon keliye unhe hi.. !! Gaddar kahika... !! Nikal jao..

On very rare occasions, Zoya had gone to Zainab constructions... Gaffur was shocked to see her reaction... He made his daughter sit and offered her a glass of water...

Gaffur : Kya hua baccha ?? Tum office mein kaise ??

Zoya just closed her eyes to get her anger down and drank little water.. She hoped there was not much damage done in Dilshad constructions as well...

Zoya : Abbu.. muje zaroori kaam hain.. Mein apse kuch baat karne ayithi.. lekin ab mein ghar pe karoongi..

She did not even wait for her abbu's reply .. She just walked away...

Dilshad Constructions..

Zoya walked in to Dilshad constructions.. She was getting impatient waiting for Imran in the waiting room...

Imran : Zoya.. tum phir se yahan ?? Tumhare patients sab gayab hogaye kya ??

Zoya : Imran.. Mazak ka waqt nahin hain.. Mein kuch zaroori baat karne ayi hoon...

Looking at her tensed face, he immediately kept quiet and took her to one of the conference rooms...

Zoya : Yahan ki batein koi sun nahin sakta hain na ??

Imran : Nahin Zoya.. !! Yeh sab sound proof confidential room hain.. Yahan ki awaz bahar tak nahin paunch sakti hain...

Zoya : Good !! Yeh batao.. Tumhare company mein koi Riyaj naam ka admi kaam karta hain kya ??

Imran immediately lifted his eye brows and opened his eyes widely wondering what was the connection between Asad.. Zoya and Riyaj..

Imran : Kyun ?? Kya baat hain Zoya.. ?? Achanak.. Is Riyaj mein tum dono ka kya interest hain ??

Zoya : Do no ko .. matlab ??

Imran : Kal Asad.. Iske barein mein pooch raha tha.. aur kal shaam ko hi Riyaj ko is company se terminate kiya gaya hain...

A smile now spread across Zoya's face...

Zoya's thoughts : Not bad Mr. Khan.. aap had se zyada intelligent hain.. I am impressed !!

Imran: Zoya.. yeh sab ho kya raha hain ??

Zoya : Tumne Mr. Khan se nahin poocha ??

Imran : Poocha tha.. lekin bas itna kaha ki Riyaj ko sab samaj mein aa jayega... Riyaj ne bhi kuch kaha nahin...

Zoya : Great !!

Imran : Sorry ??

Zoya : Jis kaam keliye mein aaj ayi thi.. us kaam ko Mr. Khan ne kal hi kardiya hain.. He is very smart right ??

Leaving Imran confused yet again, Zoya walked out of Dilshad constructions with a satisfied smile on her face...
