More than one divorce documents for one invalid Nikah?

Divorce papers signed by ZOYAAN while signing Nikahnama was not known to anyone except Gazia, does it mean Asad is talking about a separate set of divorce papers initiated by Ayaan's lawyers? If these are indeed a new set of divorce documents then lawywers would have looked at original nikahnama document and other available nikah related documents before preparing the divorce docs, how come Nikahnama papers with wrong name went unnoticed and how come original divorce documents signed along with nikahnama were not bought in to discussion by Ayaan lawyers?

no i m not saying because we know its invalid but trp aunties doesnt know its invalid so i think gul desided to show this as valid marriage. gul only want delay in asya nikah this is best way.

Being the one and only muslims drama Gul Khan created enough of thamasha one the name if twist in nikha. Cant expact mote then that from this CVz..

The nikaah needs to shown as invalid ...that is the only right way to go . It will eventually happen that way .
