Oh yeah some of the Hollywood stars carry off the ponytail amazingly. Maybe it just does not look good on Asad. He has very chiseled looks and the pony tail just makes the outline of his face stand out a little too prominently.

He is an amazingly good looking guy but has to decide once and for all what looks good on him and pony certainly doesn't

Acting is subjective so I wouldn't comment much on that. Your opinion, respect it. IMO, He's a pretty good actor! But talking about standards, let's not even get there. He's the face of Bollywood for many of the people living outside India. He's the biggest movie star in the world and you're talking about his standards? & Seriously plain luck? Luck can take you only so far. Sure luck played it's part but his own hardwork, talent and ambitions got him where he is today. It's not easy to become a king from nobody and that too without his parents by his side.
