Preseason :
The OTPS were set by the PH. No ambiguity was left on that front. AsYa and AyRa were madly in love and both were planning to say Qubool Hai at the earliest. PH unequivocally established that they are the end game.
How season started
1. It starts with a twist of fate that created an illusion that Zoya and Ayaan got married in the most frivolous way possible i,e Community Nikah .
I feel that it was the right road albeit a bumpy one because Zoya's entry in KV was random, her entry in SM was accidental, hence first hand experience without any preconceived notions and any of the Raaz being out .
The contrived manner was important why ? Because it left AsYa untouched . Zoya would not have left Asad had it not been accidental and circumstantial. Their separation was not possible and the beauty is this brief stint did not change anything between them... Maybe they value each other more now. No MU's till now. Do Dil Ek Jaan...
The never ending Deadlines :
Zoyaan as per the original synopsis was not permanent , it was a just a catalyst . They were preserving AsYa by these dead lines. They wanted to show that AsYa left no stone unturned to unite but destiny had it's own way .
During the 14 day period numerous attempts were made by Zoya , Ayaan and Asad to send Mr. Khan's Amanat back to him. The sneaky ways were not meant to work. The delay was meant to be so that Mr. Khan ka sabr toot jaye , His patience maxed out. He took his Amanat back in front of the entire Siddiqui Mansion. And they were standing there helpless., while he walks out hand in hand with the love of his life. Asad has declared open war. Do not mess with me. You guys messed up my Mom's life. I will not let anybody or anything mess up my life.My father was spineless not me. A precursor that Abbugate will not have that big of an impact.
AyRa's relationship is getting there but it is not yet there. Zoya and Asad had to go through Tanveergate to build up that trust. AyRa had to go through ZoYaaan gate to build up that trust. The initial misunderstanding created will eventually make their bond stronger. They always had each other in their lives at least physically. Their relationship has to go through the fair share of pain, agony and suffering so that no matter what comes read Abbugate, Zainabgate, Rashidgate and eventually Raziagate, they will have unconditional love and support for each other.
The Community Nikah is invalid :
This is a show. It will go the way Gul wants it to go. So all that we can do is speculate .
But the flaws in Community Nikah are
1. They were asked only once , and they replied twice only. They should be individually asked three times and they should reply three times.
2. The Name on the Nikahnama as well as when they were asked to say QH was wrong.
3. They did not listen and reply, they were unaware, they said Haan unknowingly so , in. Islam you cannot be forced into a Nikah. You should be fully aware of what you are doing ! Even Asad made it clear that this Nikah was a Haadsa not a Vaada and hence it is Invalid.
Sameway Talaqnama is invalid.
They were not asked about it, they were tricked into signing it. The rules of divorce are very complicated and since they had Islamic wedding , it cannot be a civil dissolution.Talaq has to be done in three sittings and you should not be angry or under influence. Plus there are many other loopholes , so neither the nikah nor the Talaq is valid.
After her brief stint at SM we know that, as of now.
1. Zoya and Humeira have a complex equation which will turn quadratic and eventually linear.
2. Zoya/Rashid and Zoya/Dadi have a simple linear equation,
3. Shireen is too dumb... for mathematical equation. Her graph will be determined by Razia
4. Ghaffur has no equation till now.
5. Ayaan has a 😆😆 imaginary equation with Zoya.
6.Razia has an integro differential equation with Zoya
7. Nikhat/ Nuzhat as usual a parametric Equation.
8. Zoya was able to solve her TaUmr Nikah concept equation, which is null and void under these circumstances
Asad has fallen in love , now He will fight his detiny to get Zoya as the Z is etched in his heart as well as hand forever though forever is not enough for him. He is Rashid's son albeit with a spine. Rashid loved but Asad kept the promise of love .
So as the saying goes

So in retrospect , I feel that whatever was done and the manner in which it was done was to preserve AsYa in it's pristine form.
