That is very much a plausibility considering the purely disgusting character sketch of the duo. A woman like Tanveer can never be trusted and you can never be sure if Farhan knows how she's meddling with Imran. But then to save his face he may even allow his brother to become a scapegoat. The twist would be interesting though it will completely shatter Nikhat.

But in her desperation Nikhat has brought this upon herself. I empathize with her situation but not sympathize with her coz she herself didn't value her own life once. Shireen will have to equally take this blow as she herself has played a very big role in pushing her daughter into this.
