I just want to know ...is it that easy to get rid of consumed poison? Cleaning the stomach is more detailed procedure than a vomiting isn't it? Any doctors or medical students here? Any thoughts?😲

usually gastric lavage is done...inducing vomiting is no longer recommended in poisoning situations, because vomiting is ineffective at removing poisons.

For those who consume poison.. Stomach wash is the procedure done immediately ..
But not in this wash.. Its Sab golmaal..
They will empty the whole stomach content by using suction..

my bro is a doc infact cleaning stomach or its called gastric lavage is best way of removing poison and in certain poison they avoid shower because they may aspirate into lungs or loss of temperature and person die

never heard of hugging in shower as a treatment if it was true then no girls will do medical i guess😆

Vomitting is a natural reaction by the body when poison is ingested I.e taken orally. Sometimes it is not the ideal way of removing the poison and a stomach wash is needed. Low grade poisons can be ejected from the body in this way but medical help should always be sought.

commonly gastric lavage or a common man may term it as stomach pumping,, is used for ejecting out the ingested poison,,
stomach massage may be given to elude out the liquid via elution/ewald tube, which is in-fixated to stomach via oral/nasal route,,

well am not a doctor by profession, buh am somehow related to health sciences' department,, and watched th procedure during mae internship,

well bathroom romance is an easy alternative to th gastric lavage as per QH resources,, so i guess alll doctors n medical personnel should commit suicide after burning their degrees and books!!
