Maybe not empathy bcoz i feel Ayan is not capable of empathy. He couldn't understand his bhai, yesterday, he couldn'd understand zoya's dilemma.

His feeling for Humeira was more of sympathy+Guilt complex IMO. He started feeling for her only after the lost and found drama. He actually started liking her as Rajini not Humeira. The heart hole further deepned his guilt complex.

Nice to read your post after so many days. Yes, I too noticed the expression on his face when Zoya served him juice. It was definitely not friendship. Maybe infatuation maybe just a red herring to confuse the audience.

Really can't predict anything where QH is concerned. But thankfully, the story is moving ahead and moving in the right direction. But wanted at least a partial abbu revelation before Zoya leaves SM. Looks like it ain't happening😕
