😳 Thanks for making the post...brought back some sweet memories...

I loved him in Mangalpur episode a lot...but talking about skipping heartbeat...I guess the moment Asad pulled Zoya towards him in 'teri meri prem kahani' sequence on Valentine's day, my heart skipped several beats altogether.

It was such a passionate moment* sigh*...☺️

and for sure the number raises to around 50 for december-june,, i just loved that era,,

buh now i only watch asads scenes in QH,, buh now i wish KSG had not been AAK,, so that i could easily walk away from this pathetic show,,,

but a factor remains constant which is i can't stop liking KSG,, every scene of ASAD AHMED KHAN is epic fah me,,
he isa wonderful person,,, and he deserves to be liked by evi-one,,,

KSG ROCKS!!!

Well in that show Rashid and Dilshad did not play his parents lol. Rashid was actually his chachu I believe. He was really good on that show. He was from England, London and was supposed to get married to the main girl (Meera), but I think something happened and she got married to someone else and he ended up going back to London lol. In an interview they asked about his character in that show and he laughed and said my character still hasn't returned from London lol 😆

Hahaha Rashid is a funny guy off-screen unlike his character.. Thanx a lot for sharing.. Looks like he resembles Anurag's role quite a lot from Kasauti..🤣

DO you remember what exactly happened to him and the girl Meera? This show ran for 2 years and it was back in 2006 lol. I never watched DMG though

There was an article about this scene as well:

"Is there such a thing as too much kissing? The lead actors of Solhah Singarr, Karan Singh and Akangsha Rawat were trying hard to get a kissing scene right. Fifteen wet tries later, the director Pawan Kumar called for a much-needed break.

All the kissing had Karan's brain working overtime and in a flash of inspiration, he decided to bestow Akangsha with, well, yet another kiss! The lucky lady was, however, caught off-guard and turned various shades of crimson.

Akangsha sheepishly says, "Yes, initially, I was terribly uncomfortable. There were several people around and the thought of how my parents will react to this scene was bothering me. But director Pawanji was very patient. He called for a break and I was lost in my thoughts, when suddenly Karan kissed me. I went red I didn't know how to react! He caught me off-guard. Then everyone started laughing and I realised that Karan did not mean to offend me. He is a prankster and this was his way of breaking the ice. After that, I relaxed and we did the scene well."

Karan, on his part, says, "Akangsha is making a big deal out of nothing. I understand it must have been difficult for her to do an intimate scene, but it is part of our profession." Apparently, tension on the set is part of the profession as well.

Director Pawan Kumar says, "The two share a great on-screen chemistry. Yes, Karan did kiss her and she went red. But I am sure he didn't mean to offend her. It could be that they both like each other. Love is blind and in our profession after spending so many hours together, actors do tend to get involved with each other."

NO NO omg I meant to say KSG's character was from London not Rashid's oopsies. KSG said that in an interview lol

when they agreed to get married, the aunties didnt accept their relationship and by that time he went back to UK and meera got married to Sumer (arranged marriage) ... when he returned bak, he was doing his project and didnt know abt meera wedding... he became frds wiz sumer and even to this created probs to her marriage... lots of gossips from her MIL.. finally poor chap went back to UK!! 😭

Aww that's so sad 😭 I really wanted them to get married. I remember I stopped watching it when she got married to Sumer lol I was so pissed off! And do you remember that girl named Gauri? I hated her so much, she always tried to come in between Abhi and Meera
