See shruti there comes the classes vs masses thing. Catering to both , and also we as audience know everything , but these characters are not privy to all the information , so they behave differently.

I believe that when we start hating something even their breathing and eating and walking irks us.

I will still maintain that the whole is greater than sum of its parts and am maybe the only one who feels that Asad's character not butchered by this but was butchered by Salman Khan dance and cheesy romance , so far that is the only out of character thing he did .

Asad's Character ???.
First of all marriage or no - marriage his decision to drag her literally drag her out like that was totally wrong ..wrong ..wrong ..
No justification for that . I don't care what the circumstances were . Come - on !! This is the woman you claim to love and you will handle her in this manner . Please !! Everyone hear me out . Zoya's parents whoever they are did not walk on four feet so therefore she is not an animal .Who died and gave him that privilege over her ? Turned a deaf ear to her plead. !!
Not once - did he ask her to give an acceptance of any decisions made on her behalf by him as per Ayaan's Bold and shameless request . As for Ayaan I have no sympathy for him for that (and none for Asad for accepting) Ayaan has no shame what so ever to make such a request . Was he sitting on his brain . This is what he calls protecting family honor !!!. Obviously they don't know the meaning of the phrase . As for Nikat I always thought she cared for family but proved otherwise to be a very selfish girl . I don't pity her now . Sorry to say. Every move she made was down right selfish selfish .. selfish .. no need to explain her double standard or also address where the residents of the SM failed as parents .Anyway Asad admitted he was wrong after the fact .. a little to late . As for Ayaan not explaining the trade plan to the family anyone would assume Hassena lives in the mansion will annul her son's marriage if she finds out they are not a couple . Everyone knows they are not . She was moments away from her marriage to Asad .As for Asad he is paying dearly for his mistake and Ayaan it may later reveal he does not love his brother as much as he wants to be him and posses everything he owns .As for Zoya all the wrong decisions she made in life does not start to even out to the decisions the two brothers made here. Please don't get me wrong ..this is only my personal opinion based on the decision made by Asad in the whole fiasco .. It has nothing to do with the continuation of the confusing storyline
