Allah Miah,whats wrong with you?!Today for the first time I gathered courage to talk to him,and you got us stuck to this?!This?!?!Ab to mai Asad se nazrein bhi nahin mila paaungi..So much for breaking the ice...Zoya had turned red in sheer embarrassment.

Asad was horrified and what irritated the hell out of him was the muffled sound of laughter of his friends on his back.But even in this mortifying situation,he could not help but notice how beautiful Zoya looked while blushing like a tomato.Seriously Asad?!Pehle who jiski wajah se aise laal ho rahi hai,us pe dhyaan do!..He reprimanded himself.

He scratched the bridge of his nose and turned to the professor,"Umm..Mam..could we just change our topic?Please?"he requested with as much calm as he could manage.

The professor shook her head,"I am sorry Asad,but you guyz will have to stick to whatever you got.But then again,why do you want to change it?Let me see your chit!"

Asad handed her the chit in a daze.One look at it and she got the problem."Asad,Zoya..I don't see any problem in it.You are grown-up adults..why cant you manage to do a project on this?"..She looked somewhat amused.

Apne college life mein khud to kabhi kisiko pasand kiya nahin hoga,isi liye nahin samajh rahi hai yeh sadu aurat.Woman,you ruined my chance of being a friend to him and now you ask what is the problem?!..Zoya was frustrated like hell.

But before she could say anything,Asad agreed to do the project,much to her utter surprise.

Just as the teacher nodded at them,the class was over and they all left the class.

"Why did you have to agree?",Zoya asked walking behind Asad.

"She wouldn't let us change the topic,what other option did I have?"

"But Asad..I mean how can we do Pre-marital Sex?" Zoya blurted without realizing.

"No,we certaily CANT do Pre-marital Sex,but we can surely do a PROJECT on it",he said with a slight smirk,emphasizing the words.

Zoya blushed hard,not really because of what she had said without thinking,but because of his slightly changing attitude towards her.She looked everywhere but at Asad.

Asad turned serious,"Don't fret over it too much Zoya,relax..we will talk about this tomorrow.Now I have another class,so see you later",he smiled at her and left.

All she remembered all the way going to the library smiling was him calling her Zoya.

In the evening at Asad's home-

Dilshaad had noticed that Asad was quieter than usual after coming back from college.But she did not fail to notice the slight smiles he was having every now and then.She wondered what was happening to her son,but as long as it keeps her son happy,she was more than fine.

"Asad,dinner is ready",she called out.

Yeah yeah my over-thinking mind,I know I shouldn't have agreed on this project with Zoya.But the professor looked so adamant.What if we pushed her too much for changing the topic and she decided to separate Zoya and me?!No,I couldn't possibly afford that!..Asad thought as he entered the dining hall.He luckily got this chance of getting to know Zoya,and even if it spelled disaster to do this project with her,he wasn't going to budge as long as it gave him some time to spend with her.

Dilshaad and Najma watched amazed as a smiling Asad walked in with a determined look in his eyes.Najma looked at her mother,silently asking if she knew anything about what was up with her Bhaijaan.Dilshaad just shook her head.

"Asad,kya baat hai?Aaaj to tum bohot khush lag rahe ho?",Dilshaad couldn't stop herself from asking.

"Umm..woh..actually...aisi koi baat nahin hai Ammi",He replied sheepishly.

"College kaisa ja raha hai Asad?"

"Good",said Asad."Just fantastic",he muttered under his breath,but that was loud enough for his little tamatar to hear who had been keenly listening to the conversation.She grinned,hmmm,seems like finally Bhaijaan has found something or rather someone' interesting in college!This is going to be fun!..."Bhaijaan,mujhe aisa kyun lag raha hai ke aap humse kuch chupa rahe hai?",she teased her brother.

Asad just glared at her and told her to quietly have her dinner.Dilshaad also felt something was odd about his behavior but decided to let him be for now.She also motioned Najma to keep quiet.Rest of the dinner was a silent affair.

2 Days Later

Asad was downright frustrated and worried like hell.It has been two days and Zoya wasn't coming to college.Their professor had explained in yesterday's class that how should the project be done and when is the deadline for submission.She also informed them that even if their topic was controversial,and people usually have negative thoughts about it,they could always differ and put forward thei own point of view if they felt it to be more challenging.Yeah right,like there is anything good about Pre-marital Sex,Asad sighed.And all this while,Zoya was absent from class.He wasn't worried for the damn project or the submission deadline,he was concerned about Zoya.Was something wrong with her?She never misses college!Is she ill or something?..Asad was getting more and more tensed by the minute.He didn't even know any of her friends to ask about her.He wondered what he should do when an idea struck his mind.

Asad went up to the information desk at their college and inquired the clerk about a certain Miss Zoya Farooqui".

"I am sorry,we can't give you any student info just like that",the clerk said in a bored tone.

"See,I am also a student of this college and besides,she is my classmate and hasn't been showing up in class for 2days now and I am worried.Please tell me if you know where she lives or even her phone number will do"..Asad was soon losing his patience.

The clerk looked at the young guy's face and saw the genuine concern on his face.He finally decided to get the poor guy out of misery.He opened the student information file and read from it,"Zoya Farooqui,College dorm,Room 201",He looked up from the file to tell Asad that the file doesn't have her number,but Asad was already gone!
