No! Ayaan is a mutant and can live on nothing for months if needed! Just like Badi bi can live under a bed and inside a cupboard for weeks and not die!! Lol

This is QH! Ayaan doesn't need to eat! His Biwi is by his side now!! He can survive on the power of her "duwa"!! Also...since "Muqaddar" is in charge, unless HE wants it, Ayaan will not die, even if he starves for a whole 6 months!!
