Nikhat decides to go to Nazma s room to ask her if she needs help.She is at the door and sees Nazma and Imran hugging Haseena taps her from behind and taunts her about putting her nose in others affairs .Nikhat tells that she was just about to ask if Nazma needs help Imran and Nazma come out but Haseena sends them back in. Zoya is lying on her bed lost in Asad s thoughts and is happy she will be going back tomorrow so is Asad that finally the wait is over.
Farhan comes back and Nikhat insists to eat dinner he makes an excuse that he has already eaten and starts changing his shirt . Nikhat sees scratch marks on his bag and asks him he covers it up saying her had a fall. Nikhat wants to get him an ointment but he brushes it off and acts surprised that she has not eaten yet . He offers to fix her a plate and slyly adds a tablet in her glass of water.Nikhat drinks it up and Farhan smirks.
Razia looks at Ayan sleeping and decides to lock Zoya s room. Zoya gets up and decides to visit Ayan but is surprised to see the door locked. She bangs on it and Razia is amused that once the family knows Zoya was not taking care of Ayaan at night they wont consider her a good wife.Next morning Nikhat comes at the breakfast table and Haseena taunts her about cleaning the was basin and compares her to Nazma.She sits for breaksfast and when she wants butter Haseena hids it which Nazma sees . Haseena tells her there is no jam and makes her eat bread dipped in tea Nazma feels bad for Nikhat.Ayaan is wheezing and cant breath Razia is shocked and thinks she cant take the blame herself so unlocks Zoya s room.
Shirin is shocked to see Ayan on the floor unable to breathe.Zoya comes in and Shirin scolds her for leaving him alone.Zoya tells her that Razia had told her but she cuts her off saying she only asked her to rest not sleep like a princess. Ayaan is unable to breathe and sinking.She talks about her door not opening and Razia asks her how did it open miraculously. Zoya rubs his feet and gives him chest compression s and he revives. Asad comes in front of the house and texts Zoya but she is unable to go.The doctor comes in and Ayan is stable, Razia tries to put Zoya down but he explains that it was an allergic reaction to a medicine and only because of her emergency treatment Ayan is safe and tells they are lucky to have a DIL like Zoya.
Asad is waiting for Zoya but she has no time to call him. Badi B blesses her and Shirin thanks her . The docter offers to send in a nurse but Badi Bi refuses that Zoya will take care. The doctor says that it will take a week more Zoya and Razia both are tensed. Razia feels how will she explain her husband that Zoya is still here, Asad comes in and the ladies are shocked to see him.
