It you watch the first minute you hear a discussion about Ayaan getting into accident so he can't complete Vaasa. Also zoya says why can't she call asad from hospital. Then the writer or director guy says Vaada ek din pura hoga.

what does "VAADA EK DIN PURA HOGA" does it mean the promise will be complete but when though? soon

It means that one day the promise will be fulfilled...but who knows when that "one day" is going to come. I'm praying it's real soon though!!
