Folks, this agrument is without even knowing the background to the hug. If you watch the precap, Asad is running towards Zoya with fear in his eyes for her. Even in real life, when a person fears for the life of a loved one, one does things without thinking.

I'm sure for Asad to run towards Zoya in a frenzy would be that Tanveer could have called him and told him of her plan to kill Zoya or he may seen Tanveer around.
