so agar asya nigha aab ho jata hai..toh wo hi valid mana jayega...na ki zoyan wala...jab asya batayenge ki unka nigah ho chuka hai toh tht to zoya ke nikahnama sign krne se pehle...she is already wedded wd asad before signing zoyan marriage certificate...thn naturally 2nd marriiage null & void ho jayegi zoyan wali...

yes he said...but he did n't move away frm couple...as if he really meant..he should take a step aside whn he said tht...
