Can contract marriage make a marriage invalid

gaffur knows that marriage is not valid and its incomplete. to complete it Asad is asking zoya to accept it and sign the nikahnama.

But now gaffur is playing his trick, by changing nikahnama into contract marriage. so this way ayan will not be in the life long commitment with zoya. but my question is that it is really that easy to invalidate a marriage. No matter what they have said yes when they were asked, so they are still half married. can we have this type of solution, is it really possible? or it is just to show the negative side of Gaffur in front of Zoya,

hahah..There is nothing like half married..Either you are married or you are not married..

I dnt knw how will they play with this, but I know at the end this nikah wil be invalid and it will get dissolved.. This is not only negetive thing GAfoor is doing, when Zoya will come to SM he will do many and Zoya will reject him once truth is out..
