Yeah so by default even if the nikaah seemed legal it would be illegal. Because a Muslim man cannot marry two sisters. Gul has a get out of jail-free card whatever way you look.

I agree. The episode was more logical than the way it was leaded up to. Perhaps, this is the route they wanted to take for uncovering Gaffur's truth. There had to be some mistake so that Zoyaan could be back tracked and AsYa united - I guess.

I think the reason Asad might push Zoya to sign (I'm hoping this is the way it would happen) is because the elders would not listen to rhyme and reason.

And hopefuly desparately, Asad and Zoya would have a talk finally of what happened, Asad may also check with Ayaan on his side of the story. Then when he realises that the elders are not listening even to him, he would ask Zoya to trust him and to go ahead and sign the document, till he finds a way not.

Now the document itself may not have the right names. So maybe Farhaan 😊 based on one of the spoilers may discover this and help in unraveling the truth about the nikaah.

I'm so entangled with my thoughts with all the weaving of plots and characters. As of now only Tanveer's path is somewhat clear... 😆 She's a vamp... She's preg... She's carrying Imran child (maybe)... She wants and lusts for Asad... She wants to kill Zoya... and she wants to take revenge on Razia.
