The episode starts off with Nikhat alone leaving to college..Ayan asks for humeria and gets to know she is unwell..humeira is on phone when the man informs her that due to strike they wouldn't be able to deliver her medicines today.. ayan comes in asking her on why she missed her monthly appointment and her medicine as well? Humeira asks him to leave as she isn't feeling too well..ayan offers to take her to the doctor but she doesn't agree to go with him..ayan forcefully takes her hand and insists when humeira hits him with a vase injuring him..Shireen and badi bi notice this while humeira faints..
Here Asad comes home earlier cancelling his meeting and calls out to Zoya but doesn't find her.. Nazma sees him and informs that zoya already left..Asad asks on how she left? Nazma tells she took the bus and gives him details of bus no..Asad gets worried as roads aren't safe and zoya doesn't know about the same as well
Doctor examines humeira..Razia is all worried..Doctor tells Razia that humeira musnt skip her medicines even once ever throughout her life.. Shireen questions Razia about what's with humeira that she needs to take these medicines throughout life but Razia covers up saying its just for weakness and breathing problems..Shireen keeps asking about why it would be fatal if she missed it a day also when razia asks her to rest..Shireen leaves but isn't satisfied.. Ayan in tears asks Razia about Humeira saying he knows those medicines are for heart.. Razia giving up says that Humeira has a whole in her heart which only she and her hubby know about not even humeira and that's why they always fulfilled humeira's wishes and that's why she also tried hard for ayan humeira marriage which he also knows.. Razia says she doesn't have control over the ailment but can save her from the pain..Razia says this disease is incurable and the only way to prevent is to keep her happy and stress free.. She asks ayan not to let anyone else know about it but they are unaware that humeira is awake and is listening to them..
Its evening and zoya still hasn't returned..Asad is getting worried while nazma feels guilty for telling zoya about the bus..Asad says she's not the only one at fault and zoya herself needs to be a bit matire of not stepping out during times of strike.. he tries her number but doesn't get through.. Zoya midway tries to contact but finds that her battery is out..Asad decides he needs to go when Imran stops him saying its not safe as they have already burnt 2 buses but says he needs to go for zoya.. Dilshaad supports asad..
Zoya tired of waiting for a bus finds a car coming her way and asks for lift..Zoya explains her situation and asks him to drop her by the flyover atleast. he agrees.. Zoya is a bit scared..The man tells her that her scarf is stuck in the car door.. Zoya takes it out.. Ayan comes to humeira's room and thinking she is asleep thinks to keep her happy always and if it means distancing himself from her so that also..He leaves..humeira thinks that ayan always wanted to be away from her and now when she is getting a chance to do that she wouldn't wait for it to happen and would do it herself soon..
Zoya thanks the man for dropping her home and that she would always remember his help.. As zoya walks to the house, the man gives some weird looks..Asad decides that he would have to leave now..As he opens the door, he finds zoya with a smiling face but seeing a serious asad, zoya gets tensed..
Precap: Asad and zoya have an argument where asad blames her for being irresponsible while zoya argues she isn't a kid and that she needn't take his permission always before leaving from home.. both head their ways.. Razia gives humeira her medicines who takes it..after razia leaves she spits it out saying that she would never get better and now she doesn't even have a reason too..
