I don't understand why you have to praise one by bringing down the other.

And what does 'look real' mean? Does Surbhi look like a plastic Barbie with a fake grin and a starry attitude?

I don't care how Surbhi is offscreen... That's her business and I don't give a crap about her doing whatever..

As for the show, it's not just Zoya's character but the entire show as a whole is irritating... I didn't watch it for many weeks...And something is just wrong and it has lost my interest... it's missing the connection.. Especially the Khan Villa and the cheesiness is irritating.. That's all

About offscreen, I stopped watching offscreen segments and BTS videos long for for reasons I wish not to mention.. But the show is irritating even though I don't watch it and just read updates

Ketki is a good looking girl but she is grating to watch on screen. Way too OTT for my taste. And frankly, right now, SJ is very OTT too. Monday's episode when Asad was on the phone on Zoe walks in was cringeworthy.

But since we are comparing - SJ is a far better actress, just wish the damn writers would write a good scene for her to get into.

specially punjabis- surbhi and people from maharashtra-ketaki are differen totally . punjabis are very frank and they leave there life to fullest . see thats why we see karan and surbhi are frank and they luv to talk and make fun of eachother thats what we see offscreen and i enjoy it .

surbhi is very pure at heart and very good actress and beautiful.

wish both surbhi and ketaki best wishes!!!

i am from maharashtra we speak very less specially girls , thats what i have always observed.

Every actress has ups and down. Their never constant especially in a daily soap. But I thought Surbhi was fantastic in today's episode, her expressions, everything was bang on.

Its funny but very annoying how people mistake her bubbly and talkative nature for over confident, is she walking around with a sign saying "Look at me I'm famous" 😆 and as for thinking without speaking I guess she's very straightforward like that, she speaks her mind and doesn't act fake like a lot of other actresses tbh😆

I guess the TM's intention was to praise Ketki just so they have a reason to bash Surbhi, highly annoying.

Anyways each to their own.

It's just a difference of opinion.

What you see as being honest and straightforward, I find it tactless. I'm an LLB student and a part-time paralegal, I work with difficult people on a daily basis and I know how important it is to be careful and diplomatic.

It's a communication skill, which is very relevant in the field that Surbhi works in. She has to deal with media regularly and if she doesn't think before speaking, she could easily be misconstrued or taken out of context.

Also she doesn't need to walk around with a sign - it's all in the attitude.

It's funny, but very annoying how people are so jaded by their blind devotion to celebrities, that they tend to overlook any potential flaws said celebrity may have.

It's also really funny how people have to start the personal attacks, just because they need to prove a point.

I suppose you're right - each to their own.

Oh dear god here we go, can I know how I "personally attacked" you? As far as I know I said people not one specific person but if you would address yourself as people that's fine too, I can't do much about it.

And of course I know everyone has flaws however I'm not one to jump out and pick out them. No one is flawless. I'm no crazy fan hun, just saying its really really annoying when people overlook things, give her a break. I've heard a lot about Surbhi being "over confident" I might sound biased here but I fail to see anything like that.

I disagree - this week except for vikrant and archana the acting has been pathetic.

And she can have her ups and downs or whatever but it doesn't mean I don't get to call out the actors for doing a bad job. She has been Ott for the last week and a half and I am entitled to that opinion.

I can see what you mean about Surbhi's attitude. Sometimes in BTS videos and interviews, she comes across as over-confident. Outgoing, confident women are fantastic, but Surbhi rarely lets anyone else speak and a lot of the time, it's very fragmented and not fluid which is the outcome of speaking too fast and looks like she doesn't think before she speaks.

Conversely Ketki, from the few BTS videos available, seems quite shy and really down to earth. She sounds polite, smiles and comes across as being very simple and sincere. Maybe, this is because stardom hasn't hit her too hard yet, but hopefully she'll stay like this and people will learn to appreciate her a bit more.

As viewers we can only speculate, but there's probably a whole other side to these actors and I'm sure that they are both wonderful people who should be equally appreciated for all the hard work, time and effort that they invest to give us entertainment.

@bold, you reflect the typical Indian mentality where a woman is supposed to be honored and respected only if she is calm, quiet, humble and shy! I am not much surprised about it, because in reality I have faced such discrimination specially from women themselves, who feel talking out loud, laughing loud, having fun and being chatter box is something not decent for a girl to do and considered to be arrogance, over confidence etc etc.

Regarding the ongoing unnecessary comparison of actresses, I hate it when people compare two persons based on their looks, beauty. About acting, Surbhi is wonderful in the emotional scenes, there is a kind of natural expression which depicts the pain so well in her acting, the recent Eid special episode where Zoya has lost all the hopes that her father didn't turn up and just then she sights the music globe is a best example of her amazing acting in emotional scenes. Ketki has beautiful expressive eyes but she is a average actress for me, since she is new it will take some time for her.

About Surbhi's offscreen persona which we judge only based on the BTS and some segments, I actually admire this girl more offscreen, she is loud, very talkative, speaks her heart out but same time cautious enough not to speak any controversial stuff, she is fun to watch, most of all she is not overshadowed by her co-star which was the case in the initial days of QH. And I don't agree with you that she doesn't let anyone speak, as far as I have seen everybody else with her also speaks and have fun, it's just that she is loud and a chatter box. I also don't agree that stardom has gone to her head, because if it did then she would act too pricey and fake, the girl just seems to be having fun and being to herself, initial days she was new to all these, so she was hesitant to be free spirited, now that she is adjusted well, she is being what she is.

And giving out a frank opinion is always not celebrity worshiping, because you won't find me in the Surbhi/Sanaya/Drasti xyz drooling or crowning them princesses and queens posts.

Worst is instead of plainly admiring the complete show as a whole we r resorting to comparions.almost daily i see posts comparing asya ayra ...ayan asan etc...which makes me think that we still get carried away by the divide n rule thoery
