There was a show long back where Varun Badola played the role of a sort of mentally challenged guy. It was later revealed that it was his own mother who was responsible for his state (she used to medicate him) because she did not want him to spill the beans on some secret of hers.
So, for all you know, Razia might be responsible for Humeira's illness, but in any case it is going to be connected to Zoe somehow.
