I'm like you..prefer a mitwa moment to a dance sequence although if its a sequence like the Bol Na halke then I'm all for that. I think that's why I like the Mere Haath Mein part of the dance sequence. Its a lot less dance n more both of them lost in the song n in each other n I think its at the end of that song that they sit on the moon coz I think Asad says the Aamir wala shayari part of the song while on that chaand ka tukda "Adhoori saans thi, dhadkan adhoori, magar ab chaand poora hai falak par aur ab poore hai hum".

P.S. I love that shayari. It is soo beautiful n soulful.

Just finished reading it! Sooo beautifully written! Loved it! Thanks for sharing and yes, Asad will be in dilemma! He's gonna have to make a hard choice..he may choose wrong initially but at the end of the day, Asad will always make the right choice!

I love the shayeri too! It so deep and soulful, like you said!!! I remember you mentioned that you liked the fanna song the most and after watching the spoilers a million times already, I can say that even I like the fanna part..for the same reasons as yours...

Javed ali is a singer. He sang the arziyan song which was played when Asad goes to the Ajmer wala dargah n is praying there for Zoya to come back into his life. He's also sung other songs like Tu hi haqeeqat, ishaqzaade (slow version), hai guzzarish from ghajini and many more.

O yes, I have heard the songs ..just didn't know him as the singer of the songs that you mentioned!
